Perfetto per posizione, prezzo alto calcolando che condividi l’appartamento con il proprietario.
Pros:

Struttura posizionata in modo perfetto. A due passi da tante attrazioni e dai luoghi di principale interesse.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto che non sia specificato nella descrizione che vivi la tua vacanza insieme al proprietario di casa.

Excellent room in the heart of Manchester.
Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay with Wes. He was attentive, responsive and very helpful.
The room was spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable.
The location is just perfect - right in the centre of Manchester and most of the main spots in town are accessible on foot, including the railway station.
I'd definitely stay there again!

I recommend staying at Wes' place for a few days.
Pros:

Location is great, very central but quite.
Wes is a nice and interesting guy who responds quickly to your requests.
Furniture in the room is in good shape. Bathroom works well and is not old.

Cons:

Carpet floor in the room. Although it doesn't look bad, personally, i feel like its unhygienic.
Had some problems with the Wi-Fi from time to time.

Pros:

Wes is a very nice host, seems to be happy to help and carefully instructs about how to get into the apartment. Great location - close to the train station, the gay village, the china town, accordingly with lots places to eat close by. The room is nicely decorated. The overall experience is more of living in a room inside somebody's apartment rather than a "hotel" experience, which can be fun for the atmosphere (for us it was cool and expected), but should be taken into account depending on what you prefer.

Cons:

Unfortunately, maybe due to being in the basement, there was quite a moldy smell in the bathroom (nothing visible, but the smell at that time was noticeable). There's a door outside that can get some air in for ventilation, but didn't seem possible to be used (understandably).

Great host, clean self contained cosy room, located right in the centre of Manchester.
Pros:

Perfect for what I needed, self contained, great central location, quiet, clean and extra amenities laid on my host.

Cons:

Nothing really, one night there was quite a lot of ‘running water’ noise but think was a one off.

Good 2-night stay at a separate ensuite hotel-style room within a host's home in great location
Pros:

The room is downstairs from the host's main living area and is well equipped with a comfortable bed, ensuite bathroom/toilet with shower cubicle, ample toiletries and towels, a high-quality tv, and various snacks and nibbles for which there is an honesty payment system where you scan a QR to select what you feel is a fair payment. This includes a fridge stocked with drinks including soft drinks and wine. Essentially you have a hotel type experience within a private home. Wes the host is usually on hand to help and advise. He is friendly and welcoming, and his communication was clear and informative regarding entry instructions etc.

It's an excellent location, just off the main road Princess St but it's very quiet. All the attractions of central Manchester are easily accessible from here.

Cons:

While this didn't bother me, the room is on the gloomy side in terms of natural daylight which might bother some guests, as might the absence of a lock on the door. The communal areas leading to the main apartment door could use some attention. However, I mention these for information rather than to suggest they bothered me - they didn't affect my stay.
