Légèrement excentré du centre-ville cet hôtel offre un cadre calme et reposant que nous avons particulièrement apprécié. La terrasse ainsi que le rooftop sont très agréables. Le service de bar en début de soirée est également appréciable.
La mise à disposition de vélos gratuits ou en location serait utiles compte tenu des distances à parcourir depuis la réception. Il serait aussi intéressant de proposer plus de variété au petit-déjeuner, qui est identique jour après jour et mériterait d'être renouvelé.

Donc nous n’avons dormi que 3h la première nuit à cause du bruit, mais l’équipe a gentiment accepté de nous changer de chambre ensuite …

Deux petits lits par chambre pour 2 adultes 2 ado c’est très juste

Petit déjeuné produit frais mais uniquement un bol d formage grec avec des fruits, du pain et de la confiture ( café et jus d’orange ) peu de choix servi à table et service parfois très long
La chambre (suite royale) était très bien pour notre petite famille avec une immense terrasse!
Le bar et la piscine sont très bien décorés.
Possibilité d’aller à l’holistica ☺️
Un peu bruyant (mais c’est très rare) car la chambre est située au dessus de la réception.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Spaces were clean and comfortable. Value exceeded the price for sure.
There was not a single thing that I did not like. The only thing that was a little different than other hotels that I stayed at is that therei s no restaurant. But thats not a problem because there are great restaurants within walking distance.
Could have had some more variety. Did not like the coffee.

Amazing location in the coolest neighborhood in Tulum. The design of the hotel is stellar, everything is well thought out and the spacious balconies are amazing. It’s also great value for money. I especially loved that you get a free yoga class at Holistica included in your stay. Will definitely come back!
The breakfast is very simple (fruits+toast with butter and jam), if you like it light it’s awesome, if you are more into eggs and stuff it’s more of an apetizer. However its delicious and served in a beautiful patio so really a matter of preference. Amazing brunch places are really nearby 🌞
