Pros:

Die Lage iim Viertel Condesa. Die Betreuung vom Vermieter.

Cons:

Der Hauseingang ist ziemlich schäbig. Man konnte die schmutzigen Fenster nicht schließen: es war laut in den Schlafzimmern.
Die Wohnung hat Potential, aber man müsste einige Renovierungsarbeiten durchführen (streichen), schöner einrichten, usw

This was a perfect jumping off point for our family of four in Mexico City.
Pros:

The location of this apartment was great, steps away from many restaurants and shops. It was also really easy to step outside and catch an uber from the door. The rooms were spacious, loved having an individual bathroom for each one. The beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Cons:

The water temperature was tricky to figure out. It took me three showers to really figure it out and I still ended up scalding myself and freezing a few times. But I was able to get it to work enough to have a shower so it wasn't a big deal.

Comfy stay
Pros:

Location in the Condesa neighborhood is great. The apartment is comfy and relatively quiet.

Cons:

The shower drains didn’t work properly in any of the bathrooms. I notified the apartment manager so they could be fixed.

great place in a wonderful neighborhood, perfect for family, nice kitchen and living space, clean.
Pros:

nice layout of apartment for a family, easy access, great neighborhood, close to parks and shops

Cons:

we hit some pretty rainy weather and could have used an extra blanket or space heater
