Totally value for money for stay if you dont have a big taste bud.
Pros:

The room was very luxurious and totally value for money. The only difficulty would be for people traveling outside state with regards to food, the in-house cafeteria is ok type and difficult to get any nearby option.

Cons:

Food is something which could have been improvised. Even the South Indian Filter coffee was way below expectation.

Excellent service. Staff Mr. Prabhu, Srinivas n Navaneetha kannan were very courteous. Place was clean n well maintained.
Since location is not visible from main road, boarding with directions may be more sign boards may be help.
