We really enjoyed the view from the window, everything needed for a comfortable stay, a good location, daily cleaning, and not too far from the beach. The staff was friendly. There is a massage room (to the left near the main entrance) with a very welcoming owner. I think we would stay there again.

We were here not for the first time, very good hotel, great staff and everything is always very clean
Unfortunately, there was renovation and we were not warned about it, it was noisy in the morning
It's near other hotels where you can go and stay instead of this one. Do yourself a favour and book the Signature hotel instead, well worth the difference.
- Staff is extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful.
- Doesn't have a serviceable Wifi, we couldn't work. They say there's WiFi on each floor but there are only 2 overall. So we told reception that we understandably wanted to checkout earlier (one week before) and possibly get whatever refund for that They didn't want to help me at all. Supervisor Duy said he knows Wifi is bad but "we can't write it online" and about the early checkout he didn't know how that worked because he never did it and for me to contact booking because they can't do anything to help. I used booking to send a request to change date and the staff had the guts to look at me and say "No, there's no request here. This change date doesn't exist. Booking is lying" despite booking clearly saying that it sent a message to the property. And the next day they denied my request on booking, saying that no, despite booking allowing it, they could not allow any change nor refund. It's both a mix of staff who literally doesn't know how to work in a hotel and them wanting to get as much money from you. If you see their silly faces you'll understand.
- bed was soo hard that I actually had to check it wasn't a stone slab underneath, can't understand why and how can it be so stiff.
- the hotel is in a terribly dirty and dark alley.
- the room is really small
- TV doesn't work because WiFi is so bad.
- the minibar takes 2 days to get your drink cold.
- Cleaners are annoying af, like all Vietnamese. They scream and shout between them all morning so don't think you'll get some good sleep. No spacial awareness nor professionalism.
- walls are not soundproof, I could very well hear all my neighbours and even worse those upstairs.
- no elevator to go to the pool, which is small and with one table anyway.
- they give you only one key, and you need it for electricity in the room.
