Sehr gute Unterkunft
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen ohne Bezahlung. Man hat die Möglichkeit selber zu kochen. Schöne große saubere Betten.

To charge or not to charge for early check-in.
Pros:

Courteous staff, clean/neat room. Room temperature control could have been better.

Cons:

I arrived earlier than I expected and even though my room appeared to be ready, there was going to be a $20 charge for early check-in (normal check-in is 3 pm and I arrived a little after 2 pm). Had stayed at a different Candlewood Suites a few days earlier and checked in early without any word of a charge. First time I've heard of a charge of checking in a bit early.

Pros:

Location. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

No breakfast. First room odor and heat/ac inoperable. Toaster broken (they replaced it). Loud bathroom fan. Floors turned bottom of socks black.

Good location. Liked the 1 bedroom suite. Girl on desk was extremely courteous and friendly

Cons:

Room was dated, especially the bathroom. Looked dirty but mostly old and stained. Bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever tried to sleep on. Definitely old as it was so soft and dipped to the center. Neither one of us of slept through. Room was very noisy from loud a/c and traffic outside.
I received a call from the hotel the day of arrival that there werent any king beds available although that was what I had paid for on my confirmed booking. No discount provided
