Pros:

A view of the sea from the patio. Clean room. Friendly staff.

Cons:

It was very hot when we were there and even though we could leave our balcony door open, there was no breeze, so a fan would have been very helpful. We received a generic message to say that the property now was supporting self catering accommodation with a small kitchenette including a microwave. Hence we arrived with some reheatable food. There was no microwave in our room. However, the staff kindly allowed us to use the kitchen microwave.

I will say the location was very hilly but we knew that when we booked but in all fairness was very easy to find.

Pros:

We loved the complimentary coffees free of charge and found them useful to drink when we got back tired at the end of the day. Also we loved the big Gazebo in the garden to sit in the shade and relax in comfortable surroundings. We also liked our balcony and sea view and spent a lot of time out on it looking at the beautiful sea! The views around Looe bay were spectacular. The Hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very good as well 10 minutes walk into the centre of Looe!

Cons:

We didnt like the double bed in the room. We both found it small and cramped and hot as we are used to a kingsize bed at home! There was also no sunbed on the balcony as advertised in the advertisement and no outdoor swimming pool. We also didnt like the open plan balconies. There was absolutely no privacy out there and you could see the other guests out there!

Great sea views
Pros:

This hotel is quite basic but the room and sea view was great.
Very clean with a little kitchen which we didn't use.
The walk back up to the hotel is beautiful but a little challenging for us older people so bear that in mind.

Cons:

The staff were wonderful but you had to go find them.
