The hotel really very good
Good location
It’s in the city center
I stayed there for 4 days, they didn’t clean my room for the whole time I was there with the excuse of they have only one cleaner, I paid deposit of 50RM, they didn’t refund it back to me with the excuse of I needed to wait till 11am and the record of my deposit was clearly written in their book. I was getting ready to leave to the airport at the time. The receptionist especially the guy is not friendly and he’s racist.
I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone. Rooms are too tiny as well.
No good
I went their he refused me to give me room
I went their he refused me to give me room, he sad that your booking was cancelled but I show him confirmed booking he still denied me to give me the room
Bathroom 👎
No mat infront of bathroom. Tv & wifi not function. Also the staff didnt clean the fridge.
Unfortunately, my room showel was break & i have no choice to force take bath with the bucket which i ask the staff to provide for me. While on night or wee hours, i still can hear people talking sound and walking or open/close door it was cause a lot of annoying.
near to restaurant , street food, pubs / bars
room too small, toilet bowl cover broken..some other thing broken and old.
Location
Facilities wasn’t great, the shower was cold everyday. I booked this hotel rather than a hostel so I could catch up on my sleep after a long journey and the noise from other guests was ridiculous it was the worst sleep I’ve ever had, kids playing games running up and down the corridor gone midnight and constant slamming doors. Ruined my stay in KL as I was so tired. Wish I’d booked a hostel now. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here despite the staff being nice.. it wasn’t worth the money.
Close to masrkets
The size of the rooms and you could hear others in the rooms beside you.
