Great staff, limited facilities
Pros:

The concierge was fantastic! Went out of his way to help us, had great communications and always friendly.

Cons:

One pillow was very soft; almost empty. And there could have been 1 or 2 more of the firm ones.
Very little cooking equipment and kitchen items in general (e.g. just two bowls, no knives - paring, cutting, dinner). The one vegetable chopper was so dull, it mashed vegetables rather than cut them. A toaster would be good.
The washing machine is supposedly dual purpose - washing and drying - but didn't dry. As there was no clothes horse and limited hangers, this was an issue.

Would have been perfect if not for the room filled with cigarette smell.
