SojournDC units are great, and though fine this wasn't one of the better ones. But costs a bit less,

Amazing location. Cute row house the unit is in. Comfortable bed. Nice little fold out desk. Quaint decor.

Cons:

The bathroom was dated. The quaintness overall was nice, but it would be better for bathroom to have some upgrade. There was limited seating. Felt like it would have been enough room to add a small couch instead of just the one armchair.

Great location for the metro and within walking distance of the national mall.
Pretty, quirky house. Room was a great size and facilities good.
Good communication from the host. Easy check in and out.
Plenty to do around the area with bars, restaurants and a great coffee shop right around the corner

Hidden Gem
Pros:

Everything was great except for a couple of relatively minor things. See next section for details.

Cons:

1. Rooms need silverware.
2. Refridgerator had a high pitched screeching sound.
3. Our unit was quite warm when we arrived. We could not figure out how to adjust the thermostat to turn on A/C so had to open a window instead. Luckily the weather was perfect so this was not a problem.

Enjoyable and relaxing with easy access to the metro and plenty of local options for meals.
Pros:

Location cannot be beaten. It's the perfect spot in Washington with access to every part of the city by metro. Great bed! Enchanting room. Superb. My second time staying in the exact same room!

Cons:

The front door lock seems to work whenever it decides to.
