Schlechtes preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

- Relativ neues Hotel, aber mit minderwertiger Ausstattung
- angenehmer Innenhof

Cons:

- sehr unprofessionelles Hotelpersonal
- Das Hotel ist absolut nicht auf internationalen Hotel Standard
- die Zimmer waren nicht wirklich sauber, und auch mein Handtuch war dreckig
- Auf Nachfrage nach extra Toilettenpapier wurde mir von der Empfangsdame ein bereits angebrochenes Toilettenpapier angeboten
- Das Frühstück war unterirdisch schlecht. (wenn man so ein Frühstück anbietet, sollte man lieber gar kein Frühstück anbieten)
- kein Room Cleaning
- komische weiße Flecken an der Nachtkmmode
- mit über 75 € die Nacht, ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut frech.

Pros:

Самарканд оставил хорошие воспоминание там было уютно, в отеле мы были только по вечерам и приходили отдыхать, а матрасы очень качественные нам понравились, утром завтраки тоже неплохо ресепшен давал информации когда мы попросили и это дополняло нашу экскурсию по городу.

Cons:

Было шумно в коридоре ходили люди они заселялись ночью группой.

Pros:

Комнаты были хорошо оснащены, нас заселили чуть пораньше хотя там было группа туристов которые выселялись и заселялись тоже одновременно персонал помогал друг, другу явно что не успевали.
Завтрак тоже такая история до 9 выселяются группы после надо ждать обновление тарелок.
Вполне отель хороший. Спасибо отдельно парню в ресепшене он был везде и всегда помогал как мог

Регистрация в отеле делается но в банке просят распечатку ресепшен помог нам и отправил PDF спасибо за помощь хотя.

Pros:

The staff is very kind and welkoming: we arrived in the evening and they offered us a complimemtary dinner. They are very helpful as well, helping us to solve any issue it might arise.
The breakfast is very good.
The building is new and well kept, the room cleaning is excellent.
Highly suggested.

Before check-in I was sent a detailed information message, at the hotel I was met by a wonderful girl from the reception. She explained everything in great detail upon check-in, she always solved all our questions with a smile, warmth and care! The hotel has clean and comfortable rooms, in the morning the hotel had very good breakfasts! At the buffet everyone can find something suitable for breakfast, regardless of preferences (there are porridges, eggs, sausages, chicken, cheeses, vegetables, yogurts, cereals, pastries, pancakes, fruits, croutons, nuts, cold cuts, etc.).
