Отличный отель, в тихом районе, минусов нет
Pros:

Все новое, укомплектованный номер, дружелюбный персонал, минусов нет, есть лифт, чистая постельное белье

Cons:

Шумоизоляция не топ, если чуть позже приходить на завтрак, то выбор ограничен, но если попросить персонал вам не откажет приготовить дополнительное блюдо

Я забронировала номер на троих. Двое должны были приехать из другого города, и они приехали раньше меня и заселились. Когда я приехала в отель, мужчина на ресепшене сказал: «Ваши уже приехали, нам нужен ваш документ и оплата» (не дословно, что-то в этом роде).
Я сама работаю в отеле, и мне было очень странно это слышать: ни «здравствуйте», ни «добро пожаловать» 🤷🏻‍♀️
Девушки на ресепшене были милые, за это спасибо.
Просто мне кажется, что в отеле 4* нужно хотя бы поздороваться.

Есть, к чему стремиться!
Pros:

Отличное расположение: не всё, конечно, в шаговой доступности, но поскольку это был уже второй визит в Самарканд, этого и не требовалось. Отель новый, улица тихая, в номер чисто, уютно . Убирались ежедневно, равно как и меняли полотенца. В нашем номере был отдельный столик со стульчиками для вечерних посиделок. Как бы из плюсов всё.

Cons:

1. Оплату взяли только наличкой, при этом сдачу выдали только в конце следующего дня - и это в местной валюте (платили в долларах).
2. Халаты выдали по отдельному запросу.
3. Хуже всего дело обстояло с завтраками: кто не успел к 7:30 - тот сам себе враг. С каждым днём пребывания ситуация только ухудшалась: то сок (всего был 1 вид) повезло отведать только в первый день, то жареных яиц не было, то иных блюд, то сливочное масло по запросу из морозилки выдадут. И это несмотря на небольшое количество проживающих, а также постоянно находящегося в зоне видимости менеджера зала (мы такой сделали вывод о функциях присутствующей девочки). Блюда, увы, также не отличались разнообразием. У нас возникло ощущение, что отель - это одна структура с достаточно отлаженными процессами, а кухня - отдельная епархия.
4. В наше пребывание проводили косметический ремонт фасада, при этом, зачем-то, наглухо затянули окно полиэтиленовой плёнкой, отчего свежего воздуха в номере стало отчаянно не хватать - пришлось просить убрать помеху, хотя для заявленной звёздности отеля этого можно было самостоятельно избежать, без наших намёков и просьб.

Schlechtes preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

- Relativ neues Hotel, aber mit minderwertiger Ausstattung
- angenehmer Innenhof

Cons:

- sehr unprofessionelles Hotelpersonal
- Das Hotel ist absolut nicht auf internationalen Hotel Standard
- die Zimmer waren nicht wirklich sauber, und auch mein Handtuch war dreckig
- Auf Nachfrage nach extra Toilettenpapier wurde mir von der Empfangsdame ein bereits angebrochenes Toilettenpapier angeboten
- Das Frühstück war unterirdisch schlecht. (wenn man so ein Frühstück anbietet, sollte man lieber gar kein Frühstück anbieten)
- kein Room Cleaning
- komische weiße Flecken an der Nachtkmmode
- mit über 75 € die Nacht, ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut frech.
