Very good
Pros:

It seems very new and it was quiet and clean. They have an awesome beach that is out of the way from the main part of town so it was pretty private. Lots of parking. We only stayed on night and it may have been an oversight rather than a regular practice. The views are gorgeous and you can walk along the beach into the main part of town. We will likely be coming back.

Cons:

Not frills rooms but to be expected. The only odd thing was they didn't provide towels in the room and since we hadn't brought any we couldn't shower.

Could be beautiful
Pros:

Caretaker was pleasant. Large room.

Cons:

Main issue was that our room was full of mosquitos when we arrived as the window had been left open. TV didn’t work. WiFi didn’t work. Very basic room - no towels, bath mat. Lacking care and attention around the place - bags of rubbish left outside etc. No lighting around the compound. Bit of a building site. Vastly over priced for what it is compared to other hotels in the area.

Comfortable place next to beach
Pros:

The host was so friendly and welcoming. He has a tuk tuk and drove us into the centre for 10 pesos a person. The host gave us tips on different tours within the area and restaurant recommendations.
The room was spacious, beds were comfortable, glad there was air con.
We enjoyed swimming in the pool and laying in the hammock.
The back gate opens onto the beach.
Front gate opens onto the main street with a shop within walking distance - also possible to walk to the centre.

Cons:

WiFi is quite inconsistent - pretty similar to other places we've stayed in so not too much of a surprise!
When we arrived it was difficult to find the host to check in. Another family gave us his number and as soon as we called him he turned up. Might be worth messaging in advance your arrival time to save the hassle.

Very relaxing.
Pros:

Beautiful pool, lovely room with comfortable beds. Oberto was very friendly. Easily walk along beach to restaurants. Close to nature preserve. Wish we had stayed longer.

Cons:

We couldn’t get hot water. There’s a lovely fridge and microwave but I was hoping to be able to cook something.
