Had a great stay!
Pros:

We stayed at Swan Hotel for 8 nights and 9 days and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay.

Special thanks to Emmanuel at the front desk. He was very friendly, helpful, alert, and efficient every time we needed something. He made check-in smooth, gave great local tips, and handled our requests quickly. Staff like him really make a difference.

Would definitely stay again and recommend Swan Hotel. Thanks for the hospitality!

Pros: Clean rooms, good location, excellent service
Cons: Not a sound proof room

Excellent.
Pros:

Hotel was clean and comfortable.staff was excellent. Lost a personal item and they did their best to get it back for me. Appreciate it very much.

Pros:

It was right in the middle to Sibu town. We were able to walk to the Central market. AN interesting place to visit to see what local fare is available.
the room was small but adequate for a one night stay. Many of the facilities were above average for a small hotel.

Cons:

It was difficult to get to the hotel. You see it there but the road leading to the hotel was hard to find

Fantastic place to staty
Pros:

This is my 2nd visit. I would like to compliment the front office staff. Apparently the owner managed to not only recruit but also trained their staff well. The location was near to my preferences (i.e. the market)

Cons:

None. I just hope that the management maintains their facilities and services. The room was to my liking. Very convenient. I as for now, have nothing other than convenient when it comes to the hotel.

Cons:

Only the parking if limited if you're driving. But not their fault. Local council should have clear instructions on paying the fees.

Pros:

The Swan Hotel provides excellent accommodation for visitors. I especially liked its central location so I could walk everywhere. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Fijne moderne kamer, geweldig personeel!
Pros:

Het is een fijn hotel met een mooie moderne kamers maar het beste is het personeel wat mij enorm geholpen heeft om het vervolg van onze trip te plannen.

Alles was uitstekend.
