Cons:

Imaginez la scène : à notre arrivée, réception déserte. L'hôtel était complètement vide, à l'exception de deux adultes et un enfant dans la piscine. Après avoir fait le tour des lieux, aucun membre du personnel à l'horizon. Après 15 minutes d'attente dans la voiture, j'ai tenté de joindre l'hôtel, sans succès. J'ai dû contacter Booking, qui n'a pas non plus réussi à joindre l'établissement. Nous avons finalement dû changer d'hôtel. Un véritable hôtel fantôme !

Un albergo affascinante fuori dal frastuono della città
Pros:

L'albergo è in una posizione molto comoda, fuori dal caos della città ma facilmente raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto. Le parti comuni sono affascinanti e ben tenute. Il personale molto cordiale e pronto ad aiutarci nell'individuare servizi ed esperienze da fare.

Cons:

Il ristorante chiude molto presto.
Inoltre, abbiamo trovato molti insetti in camera.

Great spot if you know you want a unique peaceful spot to stay.
Pros:

This was a relaxing place to spend a few days. It was quiet and serene which is not always easy to find if you stay in Essaouira near the Medina. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was outstanding. The room we had was spacious and had an upstairs and downstairs. We loved it.

Cons:

There are some spots that feel like they could be touched up. They sometimes had the gate closed to get in but it not clear how to get inside. There was a keypad that was taped over and the attendant said we should have beeped our horn which seemed like it would be disruptive to the peacefulness of the hotel. I think that the hotel was overpriced for what you get but if the property was full, perhaps it wouldn’t had been as peaceful.

Excellent séjour dans un lieu authentique

Avant tout la disponibilité et gentillesse du personnel, et le cadre qui a su respecter ce lieu chargé d'histoire. Mention spéciale pour le bâtiment historique et le magnifique jardin.
