Pros:

This a 3 floor brand new constructions with dark brown floors and white walls. Everything is spanking new (bed frame in room 1 still had tag on it). Shower, wide mirror, lots of counter space, and spa bath in adjoining bathroom (room 1). Massive walk-in closet with some hangers & lots of drawer space etc. Owner responded fast.

Cons:

In the pictures we see a basement like area with bed, tv area, bathroom. I thought i was bookong that but I had a master room with master bathroom. (Make sure you confirm what you wamt before paying). Location was a about 25-30 mins from downtown Ottawa (highway driving but still). Kettle top was broken (can be dangerous)...but not sure if it was for client use or not. Room needs side tables near bed & 2 bathmat since there is a shower and bath! Otherwise I really enjoyed and would stay again.

Pros:

Very nice, quiet, comfy place. Had to extend my stay and rebooked here immediately because i knew i wouldn’t find a more comfortable spot. Access to your own bathroom, and communal kitchen and washer available. Things are clean. Parking is easy. The hotel owner is very nice and attentive. Definitely a pleasant stay!

did not get a chance to enter in the room after 5 hours drove from Toronto to Ottawa.
Cons:

I got there but was told that I couldn't stay. they sent me a message with typo. the owner meant to send me a message "I'm NOT able to assist you", but the message he sent to me was "I'm able to assist you today".
