Amazing central location, a short walk from water taxi stop straight from airport
The hotel is in an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the docks at Piazza San Marco and within easy reach of Venice's main attractions. The room was charmingly decorated, and the beds were very comfortable.
Our room was situated on the side opposite the reception and main entrance, with the window directly above the service entrance of a neighboring hotel. As a result, it became quite noisy from around 6:00 a.m. onwards, with staff unloading deliveries and people talking loudly outside. If you are sensitive to noise, I would recommend requesting a room that does not face this side of the building.
El hotel está excelentemente ubicado, a metros de la Plaza de San Marcos y del gran canal. Las habitaciones son confortables y están muy lindo decoradas. Personal muy amable y atento. Y el desayuno es muy bueno, muy variado.

Gostamos da limpeza do quarto e do hotel e da localização que é próximo ao Basílica de São Marcos e das estações de vaporeto o que facilitou o transporte das malas.
Café da manhã embora tenha algumas opções para comer, o café (bebida) não parecia ser de boa qualidade, pelo menos seu sabor não nos agradou e como não estava incluído no preço da diária achamos que não valia a pena pagar 15 euros por pessoa / dia.
The hotel had an excellent location 2 minutes from San Marcos square. The staff were very pleasant.
