Pros:

Melhor localização possível, ao lado da piazza San Marco, mas numa rua lateral e tranquila, dá para ver o campanário e parte do duomo da janela do quarto, quarto e banheiro grandes, maior do que a média na Itália, cama macia e travesseiros bons, café da manhã bom, ótimo hotel.

Pros:

One member of staff was extremely helpful and fiendly and made us feel very welcome.
Yet the young boy on our arrival day was probably the rudest person I have ever come across in Venice.he made me and my husband feel very unwelcome. Did nothing to help my husband who has terminal cancer and needs to use a wheelchair. Wouldn't even hold the door open for us. Just looked annoyed and gave us a angry look. Then he complained to me that I should have messaged to tell them my husband had a wheelchair, I choose the hotel because it had a lift and noted it was wheelchair accessible . I've been to Venice many times and have never come across such a disrespectful person. I would hope that his father or grand father is never treated with such disrespect as he treated us. And that maybe he should find a different job, one that doesn't deal with the public.

Nos hospedamos en dos habitaciones. Dormimos sólo una noche. Llegamos enseguida de mediodía y salimos en la madrugada.
Personal muy atento y nos permitieron ingresar a una de las habitaciones antes del horario previsto para dejar el equipaje.
Habitaciones cómodas, cama cómoda, buenas toallas.
