Pros:

Preis Leistung ok. Mitnutzung der gesamten Anlage möglich. Eine sehr schöne Anlage mit 2 Pools.
Sehr nah zum Strand und Einkaufsstraße. Trotzdem sehr ruhig. Kühlschrank sauber und Klima in jedem Raum
Wir waren zu dritt.

Cons:

Toilettenpapier war leider nicht vorhanden.
Wasserspülung Toilette nicht dicht
Die Badewanne war absolut verschlissen
3. Bett eher nicht sondern eine Schlafcoach. Ohne Bettzeug.
Gartenterasse ohne Stühle.

Lovely staff but unclean and not enough room for 4 people as booked.

Good location, friendly staff, lovely pool

Cons:

Booked the room for 4 people. One large bed provided and a small pull out lounge only big enough for kids, and a mattress that was leaning against a wall. Not as advertised, photos are of adjoining hotel, not accurately depicted. We ended up leaving after the first night. Overpowering odour when entering the room, was not clean.

Pros:

Fuyez, les photos sur l’annonce représente les hôtels aux alentours et non pas celui de l’hôtel, l’hôtel est sale et tombe en ruine. Nous devions rester 10 jours, nous sommes partis le lendemain de notre arrivée. La chambre 90m carré avec vue sur jardin en rdc est en fait une chambre de 20m carré au troisième étage avec vu sur un hôtel tout aussi en ruine, une forte odeur et de la moisissure partout, le canapé lit avait des chips collés dessus, le lit simple était simplement un matelas à poser au sol mais sans place pour le poser car trop petit et le lit double était remplis de tâches. Nous sommes restés coincée devant la porte pendant bien 50min car la clé n’ouvrait pas, on nous a apporté une nouvelle clé après 50min afin qu’on puisse découvrir l’étendue de l’horreur de la chambre. Aucun état des lieux, personne pour vous accueillir et une fois la découverte de la chambre qui ne correspond absolument pas, le propriétaire ne nous répondra plus jamais et n’ouvrira plus vos messages. Fuyez absolument si vous ne voulez pas perdre de l’argent !!

Pros:

Location was good if you want to be amongst the action and near the beach

Cons:

Old and tired room and property.
Maybe use something other than moth balls. We couldn't get rid of the smell even after we threw them out.

The location is fantastic and the studio is just what we needed.
Pros:

The studio apartment was just what my family needed. It was close to the pool, beach and shopping but situated in a unit complex surrounded by gardens to get away from all the hustle and bustle of Legian/ Kuta.
There was a large fridge, sofa bed and a kitchenette that’s great if you have a family. We were 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) so just a little bit on the smaller side but we didn’t spend much time in the room so didn’t matter.

Cons:

The bed was a bit hard for my liking and there was not enough complimentary items eg. Shampoo, soap or standard hotel stuff and no salt, pepper or oil to cook anything on the stovetop with.
I could also not find any tea or coffee (or kettle) to use that I see as a standard item in any hotel apartment/ studio.
As the apartment is privately owned- it was hard to get assistance from the front reception if someone went wrong and the owner didn’t respond directly eg. We run out of toilet paper and the front reception couldn’t help us as it was a “private stay”.

We somehow managed the stay as we have booked it but wouldn't recommend it to people.
Pros:

The location of the property.

Cons:

The apartment suite... the front door is jammed, difficulty in opening and closing. The room had a weird smell, the sofa bed was broken, the bathroom has no shower curtains and no toiletries but there were bathrobes.
