The fifth of 6 hotels on our South African tour, this was a touch of style and luxury. Our bedroom, the word doesn’t do it justice, was very comfortably equipped and spacious. The bed and pillows so, so relaxing. We had a view of a part of the golf course and majestic mountains in the middle distance.
Food and service were excellent in each of the dining areas. All staff were helpful, courteous and cheerful. A big shout for the buggy drivers!

The room was large and location lovely.
Our room had a strange smell, I called reception and they changed our room to a cleaner room. Went to the restaurant near our room for dinner and while having dinner, we were greeted by roaches.

Security staff was extremely unprofessional, rude and racist.
Hotel staff were very professional and polite.
