Pros:

Boravak u ovom hotelu bio je zaista izvanredno iskustvo. Hotel je izuzetno čist i uredan, a njegova lokacija na samoj Baščaršiji čini ga savršenim izborom za sve koji žele biti u srcu grada.

Osoblje je posebno za svaku pohvalu – ljubazno, profesionalno i uvijek spremno pomoći u svakom trenutku. Njihova gostoljubivost dodatno je uljepšala cijeli boravak.

Sve u svemu, topla preporuka svima koji traže udoban, čist i odlično lociran smještaj uz vrhunsku uslugu.

Agréable surprise et à conseiller fortement 😇
Pros:

Nous avons tout aimé, de la réservation aux échanges avec Adnan avant notre arrivée. Les check-in & check-out se sont très bien passés. Le personnel de l’hotel sont d’une qualité relation-client au top! L’hotel est très bien situé dans le centre du old town, tout se fait à pied. La propreté de l’hotel, le petit-déjeuner de type brunch… tout était nickel. Nous avons eu une chambre juste en face d’une mosquée et nous avons pu entendre les adhans. Même si nous étions en plein old town et avec toutes les animations de dehors, les chambres sont très bien insonorisées. Il y a une tv et un mini frigo. Nous conseillons fortement cet établissement si vous êtes de passage dans cette magnifique ville. Encore merci à tout le personnel 🌷

Cons:

The front desk have to stand every time you come down the stairs, elevator or walk in the front door. Feels icky. Just say hi and I’m good.

A room with a view!
Odličen hotel, soba moderna, čeprav malce majhna, s pogledom na mošejo.
V peš coni, Baščaršija. Pred vhodom lokal s koktejli ;)
Parking 50 metrov stran, super. Vsi zelo prijazni

Perfect, coming again.
Pros:

This was my sixth stay at the hotel, which says a lot in itself.
The central location is fantastic, with the added bonus of free parking.
The staff are consistently excellent—helpful, friendly, and professional.
The hotel is very clean, and the breakfast is good, with a nice focus on local cuisine.
On top of all that, the price remains very reasonable.
I will definitely return again.

Konum mükemmeldi. Saraybosna merkezde ücretsiz park yeri sağlaması fark yaratan bir unsur. Tüm personel özellikle resepsiyonist hanımefendi çok güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Kahvaltısı da çok güzeldi
