Very helpful staff in a great location, but no frills
Pros:

The room was no frills, but this was exactly what I wanted. It was conveniently located, so I could go back and take a break in the room, which was really helpful. A friend was also in Sarajevo, and we were able to go into the breakfast room and talk, which was very convenient, because Sarajevo was quite cold that day. The staff was very, very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast checked all the boxes, but was not thrilling, except for the cherry tomatoes. The room was completely comfortable, but very spare. I like this, because I want to be out and about, but it might feel a little undecorated to other people.

HOTEL PARFAIT POUR VISITER LE CENTRE DE SARAJEVO
Pros:

Etablissement très bien situé, au coeur de la vieille ville et à quelques minutes à pied des commerces, sites à visiter et des restaurants. Personnel très prévenant et à l'écoute, établissement très propre, bon petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux et cuisinés sur place. Je recommande cet hôtel

Cons:

L'hôtel a organisé le pick-up à l'aéroport mais ne m'avais pas précisé qu'il faut payer le chauffeur en espèces. Comme je n'en avais pas sur moi, j'ai du retiré des espèces avec des frais de change et des frais bancaires importants.
Il serait donc sympa de préciser aux voyageurs afin qu'ils puissent s'organiser en amont. C'est le seul point à améliorer selon moi.
