Convenient and friendly.
Pros:

Located right in the heart of the Old Town, the hotel is very convenient. The homemade breakfast is delicious, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. The airport transfer service is also reliable and reassuring.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Sarajevo
Pros:

This hotel has it all, very centrally located in the heart of the old town. Walking distance for all of the tours as well as the tram line. The bed was very comfortable and the room although small had a place for everything. The breakfast was great, fresh cut fruit every day, eggs yogurt and the staff went out of their way to get me gluten free bread. The staff goes out of their way for absolutely everything. They are so helpful and welcoming I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else.

Cons:

The bar next door was loud but as soon as I closed the window I slept like a baby.

Predivan festivalski vikend
Pros:

Boravak u Hotelu Old Town u Sarajevu bio je zaista prekrasno iskustvo. Hotel je na savršenoj lokaciji, u samom srcu Baščaršije, a istovremeno pruža sve što vam je potrebno za ugodan i bezbrižan boravak. Uredno, iznimno čisto, odličan doručak, osiguran parking pod videonadzorom i ono što posebno želim istaknuti, prekrasno i iznimno ljubazno osoblje.
Posebnu zahvalu dugujem gospodinu na recepciji kojem, nažalost, nisam zapamtila ime. Kada je čuo da tražim poster Sarajevo Film Festival i da mi je ovo prvi put da ga posjećujem, potrudio se nabaviti mi festivalski plakat. Možda nekome mala gesta, ali meni je značila jako puno i ostat će mi kao lijepa uspomena na moj prvi Sarajevo Film Festival. Veliko hvala na tome!
Hotel Old Town je mali, topao i šarmantan hotel u koji se poželite vratiti. Mi svakako hoćemo.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, inmitten der Bascarsija. Das Reservieren eines in der Nähe liegenden Parkplatzes lief zudem problemlos ab. Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und sehr nett. An den Zimmern selbst gibt es gar nix auszusetzen. Es war komfortabel und sehr sauber. Für ein Hotel dieser Größe gab es beim Frühstück alles was das Herz begehrt. Es wurden auch immer wieder einzelne Sachen ausgefüllt, sodass es nie an etwas mangelte. Alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt in einem tollen Hotel!
