Enjoyed the stay. Looking forward for the next stay
Pros:

Good location with a short walk to the Haram. Very clean and nice place. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They say it is one star but standard and service should be rated as at least 3 stars or even four. Will come book again Bihizinillah

Cons:

Two elevators were reserved as service lift and emergency services. At least one could be opened up for the guest during peak usage hours, otherwise guest are left with only 4 lifts
