Cons:

نشب حريق في المطبخ أثناء إقامتي وتعامل الطاقم كان في قمة الأستهتار في عدم إخلاء الفندق عند انطلاق صافرات الإنذار لثقتهم أنهم سيسيطرون علي الحريق لو خرج عن السيطرة لوقعت كارثه لكن الحمدلله ستر ربي وكانت ليلة مزعجة للمقيمين

Alhumdulillah, had a wonderful 4-night stay.
The location is excellent, just 5-8 minutes walk to Masjid Nabawi, which made our visits so easy.
Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Special thanks to REHAM at the front desk. She was incredibly warm, helpful, and professional throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Her excellent service truly added to our experience. Highly recommend this hotel, and do ask for Reham if you need anything!

العمال حاطين عربة التنظيف مقابل باب الغرفة وكل مرة انبه انه عندي كرسي وهذا يعيقني في الدخول والخروج بدون استجابة
