decent as per madinah standards
Pros:

location is 7 minutes away from haram by walk. the receptionists are slow to check in. the hotel is clean with adequate number of lifts. the breakfast is basic but fair enough.

Cons:

check in could be faster.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and generally well maintained throughout our stay. Housekeeping standards were good and the environment felt comfortable. Breakfast was of a high standard, offering both continental and Middle Eastern options with a good variety and quality. It was also helpful that guests were allowed to store luggage in the lobby after checkout, which provided some flexibility for departure arrangements.
