اقامة ممتعة وجميلة ومريحة ( القرب من المسجد النبوي ، النظافة ، توافر ما نحتاجه في مكان الإقامة ، حسن التعامل مع الموظفين سواء في الاستقبال أو العاملين )
الصراحة كل شئ جميل ماعدا مواقف السيارات ( المكان جدا ضيق ، لم نستعمل سيارتنا طوال رحلتنا واعتمدنا على التاكسي للتنقل في الأماكن السياحية) ، ياليت هذه المشكلة الادارة تجد لها حل لأنه استمتعنا باقامتنا في الفندق ، وكلنا امل في الحجز فيه مستقبلا .

Location. House keeping Saqib was so kind and gentle.

I check in to the hotel on Monday at 9:30 a.m. There were two staff members at the reception, and neither of them even asked if I needed any assistance. They just sat there looking at me without offering any help.

Then I was given a very poor room. The bedside lamp didn’t work, there was a coffee machine that was also broken, and even the power outlet barely worked. I had to go down to the lobby just to charge my phone.

The housekeeping staff, however, were excellent. They worked very efficiently and were always helpful. They truly deserve recognition for their hard work.

What I didn’t like was that the hotel looks completely different in reality compared to the photos. The actual quality is much lower than advertised. It’s overpriced and doesn’t provide even basic value for the money. The rooms and the building are in need of cosmetic renovation.

I’m giving this hotel only 3 out of 10, and that’s solely out of respect for the housekeeping staff.

I do not recommend this hotel.
