Не понравилось мягко говоря как встречающая нас девушка на рецепшен, с камменым лицом грубо втюхала номер каторый мы не заказывали. Я заказал 3 номера, два Deluxe Room with Balcony and Sea View с ними было всё в порядке а вот сномером каторый я бронировал себе Deluxe Suite with Balcony and Sea View получилось не красиво. Номер она нам дала правильный Deluxe Suite with Balcony and Sea View но вот только на 2 этаже и без балкона. :(((( На все мои претензии ответ был что это то что я бронировал и всю жизнь мечтал :))))) 20 лет путешествую но такое испытал впервые, короче говоря девушка наш номер комуто другому наверное за красивые глаза подсуетила :))). Но нам это слава богу не испортило пребывание на острове и наш отпуск , но осадок остался :)))

Cons:

Five of us signed up for an excursion and they canceled it because there wasn’t enough people. They didn’t tell us until we were packed up and ready to go to it at 7am. We tried to go a different day, but they weren’t available.

Pros:

We were looking for a local island close to the airport while trying to find a flight back to Europe. Hotel Arrival seemed like the most modern and nicest hotel on the island based on our walks around. The island itself is very small and relatively underdeveloped, but it has really beautiful beaches and great opportunities for snorkeling. Our daughter especially loved all the animals - parrots, shark feeding, we saw dolphins from balcony, excursions, and more. The hotel felt almost brand new, was very clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. I would give it a 8.5 stars

Except breakfast only minor issues, such as the balcony door being difficult to close and the bathroom not being very comfortable.

Pros:

Great island to visit. Hotel and room was lovely. Great breakfast.

Cons:

Arrived and was given the wrong room, but staff fixed this issue. Chose this hotel for its massage spa. I tried to make a booking and was told to go to the level to do so but there were no staff around to book in all day, so didn't get a massage. I was disappointed.

Все очень хорошо!
Pros:

Отличный отель прямо у пирса. Большой (7 этажей), новый, чистый и современный.
Номера с балконом и видом на море при высоких этажах самые удобные. Вещи сохнут, при открытых дверях не жарко и свежий воздух. Все чисто и комфортно. Есть где посидеть. Кондиционер помогает ночью спать.
Но у детей был номер без балкона, в нем очень сыро, окошки маленькие, темно. Сушить вещи негде. Если есть выбор, лучше брать номера sea view.
В номерах на ТВ работал YouTube, дети смотрели мульты и фильмы. Wi-fi тоже вполне сносный, особо не пользовались, но вроде все работало.
За три дня завтраки шведский стол нам не надоели, почти везде на островах одинаково и нам нормально.
Бассейн на крыше тоже зашел, закаты и вид на океан на три стороны класс. Дети были довольны.
На день рождения мужа заказывали тортик накануне, персонал на завтраке поздравил его с песнями и вечером украсили номер (правда, не наш, а детский, но все равно красиво) - очень приятно было.
Еще из приятных впечатлений в выходные живая музыка в баре, приплывающие большие акулы и скаты ежевечерне в порт. Ходить особо некуда- остров совсем маленький, но отсутствие развлекательных мест подарило по-настоящему расслабляющий отдых с семьей.

Cons:

К отелю вопросов нет, но сам остров из-за отсыпки нового острова порекомендовать можно с ограничениями - пляж мелкий очень далеко, живность на пляж не заплывает, рифа нет. С маской вообще неинтересно, ласты не доставали. Зато с маленькими детьми было бы удобно.
Также понравился опыт вечерней рыбалки - клюет постоянно, рыбы в океане много, с удовольствием провели время.
Еще ребенок-рыбак привез снасти и ежедневно рыбачил на пляже с волнореза. Кому нравится такой досуг, то на острове не запрещено. Рыба мелкая, но разная. Никто из выловленных не пострадал- крючки безопасные удалены, рыба отпущена обратно в океан.

Если хочется спокойно пожить, то Ghuli самое оно. И отель Arrival самый лучший. Транспорт от Мале паром за 1$ ежедневно, очень доступно.

Pros:

Уютный комфортный номер. Близко до пляжа.

Cons:

Были мелкие недочеты в номере, но персонал все решал по нашей просьбе. Мы брали номер Делюкс с балконом, но реально балкона нет, его ширина всего около 20см. Завтраки скудные, не было даже яичницы, только варенные яйца. Шезлонгов не хватает, мы пришли в 9 утра на пляж, нам сказали, что шезлонгов уже нет. Воды в океане по колено до обеда, после обеда по грудь, но это уже не минусы отеля и много мусора на острове.

TOP HOTEL FÜR EINEN TOP PREIS

Das Hotel ist unglaublich sauber. Das Personal ist unglaublich zuvorkommend, kompetent und aufmerksam. Ich habe ein StandardZimmer gebucht und muss sagen dass ich sehr zufrieden war. Sauberes, großes Bett mit einem geräumigen Badezimmer. Das Frühstücksbüffet war was das Niveau betrifft durchschnittlich: es enthielt Rothi, gebratenes Gemüse, Toast, Eier, Würstchen, Saft, Cornflakes... Es ist im Grunde für jeden was dabei. Ich kann wärmsten empfehlen sich etwas Mittags oder Abends im Restaurant des Hotels zu bestellen, da waren die Speisen die ich bestellt habe fantastisch (Chicken Sandwich und Spaghetti with meatballs).
Das Hotel organisiert, soweit ihr dies erfragt, für euch den Transport mit dem Speedboat vom Airport ins Hotel und vom Hotel zum Airport (Dauer: ungefähr 30 Minuten). Dies kostet für eine Person insgesamt 40 Dollar.
Nach Anschluss eures Aufenthalts sind 18
Dollar zu zahlen ( umfasst: Standard Room for 3 nights (1 Single), Service Charge, TGST und Green TAX).

Innerhalb von 4 Minuten seid ihr am Strand, ein Mini Market befindet sich auch in der Nähe.
Die Wege die zum Hotel führen sind gut beleuchtet, weshalb ich mich als Solo Travlerin sehr wohl gefühlt habe.
Der einzige Grund warum ich dem Hotel keine 5/5 Sterne gebe liegt daran, dass es nur kaltes Wasser beim Duschen gab und dass das Fenster in meinem Zimmer nicht sauber war...
Other than that - TOP HOTEL.
