Pros:

sehr zentral gelegen in der Altstadt, alles war fussläufig erreichbar. Großes Zimmer mit Balkon. Auch die PArkplatzreservierung klappte herorragend

It’s rated 4 star….old shabby and somewhat smelly, room floors and walls not clean (walls with water marks), very limited breakfast (they provided me gluten free bread though)

1 Nacht und ohne ! Frühstück!

Cons:

Es war kein Personal dort, alles leer außer einer Putzfrau, die kein englisch sprach. Es war Frühstück gebucht, morgens um acht alles zu Keiner da!

Чудесная женщина, которая подает завтраки. До чего же она радушная, гостеприимная и душевная! Ее оладушки запали нам в душу, она даже нам их с собой положила, это очень приятно!
Великолепные виды с верхнего этажа, где подается завтрак. И кстати, в этом же месте можно кушать в течение дня. Тоже довольно вкусно готовят и милейшее обслуживание. Мы были с 2 детьми, внимание уделили всем.
Не видела в отзывах, но хочу отдельно отметить, что в том месте, где подают завтрак, висят национальные грузинские костюмы, которые можно надеть и сфотографироваться. Это совершенно бесплатно, на мой взгляд, это крутая фишка!

Cons:

Очень темный номер. Света определенно не хватает. Мне, как женщине, было очень трудно сделать макияж в темноте, даже включив весь свет в номере. Днем ситуация не лучше, на окнах стоят жалюзи, которые делают постоянную тень.

Хоть стоят двойные окна, но шум все же слышен. И слышен он не с улицы, а изнутри здания. Каждый подьем по лестнице, разговоры… все слышно. Страшно подумать, каково было нашим соседям, потому что мы семья с маленькими детьми, и думаю, что им было также неприятно слушать крики и вопли из нашего номера.

Невыносимый запах в ванной комнате. Оооооочень сильно воняет.

Мы останавливались на 2 ночи. Никто не убирал и полотенца не менял за это время. В итоге, полотенца не высохли как следует за день. И нам пришлось вытираться мокрыми. Это противно.

Bei Booking wurde die Reise sofort als nicht angetreten angezeigt, doch die Vermieterin buchte das Geld trotzdem ab nun

Es gab kein Wasser und Strom , wir haben sofortig eine Andere Unterkunft angemietet

Als wir sagten wir können mit zwei kleinen Kindern nicht bleiben ohne Dusche / Wasser und Strom war plötzlich von Seiten der Vermieterin die Hölle los

Super tolle Lage mit spektakulärer Sicht. Wir hatten ein 3-Bett Zimmer für unsere Töchter und ein Doppelzimmer, verbunden mit einem gemeinsamen Balkon. Das war sehr komfortabel. Check-in und Checkout war problemlos. Wir konnten uns frei und ungestört aufhalten. Frühstück bis 11:00 mit toller Aussicht auch sehr chillig. Danke für tolle Tage und tollen Rückzugsort vom Trubel in Tiblissi.
