Pros:

We (family of 4) had excellent stay at Grand Sona. The staff was very responsive and well trained, the food was excellent. Overall very comfortable and satisfying stay.

Good property poor service unprofessional staff
Cons:

Front office staff are useless they just pretend they are working . Their only aim is to mint money . Fake hospitality. SHEKHAR at the front desk was rude and wouldn’t understand himself what he is talking Car was booked one day prior but came half an hour late so had to rush for the flight .

It was a Lovely Stay with Blessings from Baba Baidyanath we had the Comforts at Grand Sona.
Pros:

The Staff of this Hotel is OUTSTANDING full 5 Stars for them. At every single step we were so well taken care of . From HouseKeeping to Restaurant to Reservations . Even though the Staff was super busy with Back to Back wedding Events they did not fail to ignore any of our requests. They made our 4 Day stay the Most comfortable. Especially the Restaurant Staff, at times they even called the Chef out for taking our special requests which I though was really really KIND of them, when we were not happy about the food , they did not get defensive instead they said we take this feedback and will improve, what skilled attitude , deserves full compliments.

Cons:

The bathroom could have been a lil bigger or better demarcation between Shower Cabin and WC areas. The restaurant Service during Busy hours was kind of slow they could do it better and more streamlined. Also less Local dishes in the Menu, which we have already shared with the Hotel
