Great location, nice experience
Pros:

Excellent location, great room and delicious breakfast! I had everything I needed so it made my stay in Antigua a great experience. I asked for staying one more night, they were very flexible with that too.

Cons:

There is no regular (daily) cleaning in the room and one can only pay by cash. Additionally, there is no table in the room, which I would have needed as I had to work a couple of hours from my laptop.

La habitación era comoda y la cama amplia. Habia muchas plantas.

Cons:

Se negaron a cobrar con tarjeta y me resultó molesto tener que encontrar cajero y poder pagar. Si no quieren aceptar tarjeta, deberian avisar antes. El hombre al cargo se iba a desayunar y no quedaba nadie para atender al cliente, hasta que regresaba de desayunar.

el personal no es amable, el tema de parqueo pesimo, si ingresas tu carro no te dejan sacarlo, si llegas tarde te dejan sin parqueo, el espacio es compartido con otras instalaciones, el parqueo no es seguro, tienes que dejar la llave para que lo saquen si otro vehiculo quiere salir, o te tienes que desperar a moverlo, El desayuno incluido lo sirven a partir de las 8 de la mañana si quieres desayunar antes no se puede, no dan opcion de elegir comida, ni el termino de la comida ni nada, pesimo, no paguen desayuno incluido, se paga mucho dinero y el desayuno que incluyen lo valoran en 3 dolares aproximadamente. no tiene ventilacion, de ninguna manera, las habitaciones son muy calientes y sofocantes.

Nos robaron dinero, nos cobraron la estadía en efectivo porque no aceptan tarjeta y luego nos la cobraron nuevamente a la tarjeta y no la devuelven
