Nothing at all
Dirty, no breakfast, all shampoo conditioner body wash and lotion were all empty or filled with water. Wet carpet from the rain. Horrible place!!!!!
It was close to the zoo, that was the only good thing.
The beds smelled like urine, the bathroom door didn’t have a doorknob, the air conditioner kept going out and smelled funny, the room smelled like mold and mildew, there was no soap in the bathroom to wash my hands, the fridge didn’t work.
smelled horrible
everything
Its proximity to the zoo
They advertised continental breakfast but did not have anything for the 2 days we were there. Room had leaking refrigerator. Staff was unhelpful (except maintenance man). This hotel was much better and has really gone down hill.
clean, very nice staff, helpful.
nothing
The bed was comfortable
I booked another room next day paid for the room when I got back they had gave my room to someone else and front desk was rude. On top of that refused to look for my belongings was missing. They called police someone pretending to work there and that's when I was able to get my belongings
The location
The hotel was supposedly out of soap, we didn’t have toilet paper in the room when we arrived, the shower door came off and the beds were filthy. If I could give a negative below zero rating, I would! The staff also tried to talk me into one room for 5 people when I paid for two to reserve. Poorly ran and would absolutely not recommend to stay here.
Absolutely nothing. Okay. Maybe the price?
The fact that we didn't even have a bathroom door when we first got to our room. Yeah they brought us a bathroom door but my son had to install it himself. There wasn't any door handles on any of the patio doors or the pool door. The entire booking was a total fraud from the pictures to the amenities. The pictures were fraudulent to the point zhat it showed this motel in an era. That was definitely not one we stepped into today. There were drug dealers, homeless people, and prostitutes. The fact that it's just disgusting. . You felt very unsafe. Cops were there all the time people fighting in the hallways. It was a terrible, stressful, and anxious experience. I will say however the staff that we encountered and had worked with they were helpful as much as they could be. Yeah with very little resources they had. Nobody should be staying in this hotel right now. Nobody they have a lot of work to do and I get that but they they cannot be advertising this place the way they do cuz it's fraud 100% fraud.
First i'd like to compliment both of the staff members I interacted with. Sam the manager and a young lady working the front desk. Both were kind and took care of my refund when requested. Sam also moved us rooms when our first room smelled sour and moldy. While there are MANY negatives from our stay here. I would be remiss to not point our the positive experience I had with them.
Simply put, if you're traveling with a family, young kids, or traveling as a young female along I would highly advise against staying at this hotel. right when you arrive you are greeted in a very dirty and unkept, barley lit parking lot by a slew of sketchy looking people hanging out on the side of the building, and seemingly going inside and out of the hotel at will. I'd hate to pull into this hotel at 10pm at night after a long drive. After the 1 employee on the entire premise finished his other duties he made his way over to check me in. The lobby of this hotel felt like i was standing inside of a corner store. Forging ahead I check in and get my room key. The hotel is very old and has a very sour and moldy smell throughout the entire property. After checking into our first room, I immediately requested a move as the room had an overwhelmingly damp and sour smell to it. Luckily sam the manager was very accommodating and moved us to a room down the hall that at least smelled better but ended up being right next to the pool where people were smoking cigs. A poorly insulated window allowed for cig smoke smell to seep into our room. We opted to take that smell over the damp sour smell. Our room only had one towel and didn't have a remote for the tv. Sam the manager grabbed a remote from the room next door and gave it to us. Poor folks checking in next. I could go on and on but surly you get it by now. We were supposed to be here for 3 days but checked out after one night and got our money back. This place should be shut down or properly rated so people are warned.
Facility was not clean. Did not have room that was booked instead downgraded us as the hotel people sold the one we had purchased to someone else. Shower door kept coming off rollers and would not stay closed
We booked because it was so close to the zoo, had a pool and provided breakfast
Everything was terrible!!!! The bathroom in our room didn't have a door, we had to wait 30 mins for some one to come put a lock on the sliding patio door to the courtyard, the air conditioner leaked all over the floor, there weren't any mattresses or bedding on the bunk bed instead there was a larger mattress with out bedding leaning up again the wall I was told to put on the floor. The bunk bed frame had a huge stain on it. Exposed electrical cords. I had to ask 4 times for bedding for that mattress and didn't receive them until after 9 pm, we have small children who were long ready to sleep. I was promised a refund and didn't receive it. There was drug paraphernalia on the ground outside the pool. There were homeless people living in the utility closets going in and out the side doors. They never came and brought new towels or took the trash. The breakfast was not as described they only had about 1/4 of what was photoed and listed. The pool is much smaller than the photos and was extremely cold and disgusting around it.
Absolutely nothing.
Everything from the time I checked in till check out.
Clean
Clean good hotel ' good service the women ash is amazing but new worker the man is mean b but other than that the place is great
Only think I like about this place was that it was so close to the Omaha Zoo
Worst place I have ever stayed at. I was not given the room I booked and was told better room on the first floor than second floor. There was no hand soap provided at all and when I went to ask the front desk they said that don’t have hand and gave me body gel. The place smelled very musty. Couldn’t sleep due to floor above me were so loud all night long. There was no breakfast even though it said it had complementary breakfast. Went to take a shower and there was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the pumps provided. Holes in the towels in the towels, stains on the towels and even blood on the towels. There was also blood stains on the sheets if I had seen that before I went to sleep I would’ve never stayed there in the first place. My mistake was not reading the reviews. Also cops came there a couple of times.
The location was convenient close to the highway, bed was comfortable, close by McDonald’s, Casey’s gas station, Scooters and Jimmy johns. Mini casino inside.
This hotel is very outdated, not clean, unsafe with a lot of shady and sketchy characters running around selling items, high volume homeless area, gunshots going off in parking lot at night, lot lizards, lack of breakfast especially when breakfast starts at 6 am it will be gone before 7 am and not restocked often. Fitness center was very outdated and scary. A few abandoned rooms on the second floor looks like Rapes R Us. Upon arrival I had to wait an additional 30 min because a customer was arguing with night staff. Because the couple paid for 2 nights and they rented out their room to someone else and took their belongings. That were stashed into a housekeeping closet and they refused to give a refund to customer. I recorded a video on my phone just in case the situation popped off and I didn’t survive upon checking into the hotel 🤦🏾♀️Stay at your own risk.
Friendly and accommodating and the staff was pleasant and accommodating… plus the front of house was super nice and fulfilled and able to accommodate the few request made…. P.s thank you
Great service great employees everything was good and tidy they were very respectful and tended to me needs and I was happy to stay
