Pratique et confortable
Pros:

C’était en plein centre de la Haye!!! Super bien placé et propre

Cons:

Un peu bruyant mais c’est normal vu que ça donnait sur une allée du centre-ville.

Everything you need in an amazing location.
Pros:

Great location, amazing aircon, comfortable bed and all the facilities were great - nice bathroom and kitchen facilities fine for making small meals. Maybe a little loud if you find it hard to sleep with outside noise but this wasn’t a problem for us. Good value particularly considering the location.

Cons:

The overhead shower would flood so we had to use the second shower on half power to avoid flooding.

Goed, maar de beheerders lieten het afweten.
Pros:

Net, centrale ligging, alles voorhanden voor een fijn verblijf

Cons:

Tv werkte niet. Die was nogal belangrijk voor ons: WK. De dag van de rode Duivels kregen we even een andere kamer waar de TV wel werkte. Als we nadien nog berichten stuurden, omdat er er nog steeds niemand gekomen was om onze tv te herstellen, kregen we geen antwoorden meer. Eerst waren we heel er blij met de oplossing, maar dat daarna niet meer naar een oplossing gezocht werd, hoort niet bij de verwachtingen die ik van deze accommodatie had.

STAY AT THIS APARTMENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!! WORST APARTMENT EVER!!!!! SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!!
Pros:

NOTHING!!! We already requested for early check-in as we flew 13 hours to Amsterdam & train to The Hague. I was told that we could check-in at 2pm. When we arrived, the room was not done, messy & the mattress was disgusting!!! The cleaner came at 2.30pm after we called the owner. The cleaner said that the owner is managing 8 properties & they’re clearly short of manpower. We left after looking at the condition & booked another place, which cost us more money due to last minute booking as we supposed to stay for 4 nights!!! We asked for a refund & they said that we had to inform booking.com, so we called booking.com & booking.com said that the owner refused to give us a refund!!!! We’re still in dispute with the refund process & will escalate this matter to the relevant Dutch municipal public health and housing authorities for false pictures and lack of cleanliness & hygiene matters!!

Cons:

The pictures in the posting are TOTALLY different from the actual condition of the room. We also read so many travelers complained about beg bugs, loud noise at night & serious cleanliness issues in this apartment. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK!!!! If I can give ZERO rating, I would!!! Dishonest owner, give back my money!!!!

I ALSO POSTED MY COMMENT AT GOOGLE REVIEW & YOU ASKED ME TO CONTACT YOU TO DISCUSS FOR A RESOLUTION. IT HAS BEEN TWO WEEKS AND I RECEIVED NOTHING FROM YOU. DO NOT JUST COMMENT AT GOOGLE REVIEW THAT YOU WILL PROVIDE A COMPENSATION, BUT YOU HAVE TO ACT ON IT!!! I WANT A FULL REFUND!!!

Apartamento perfecto para un par de días.
Pros:

La habitación tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, estaba céntrica y el acceso fue sencillo. Además ese día hacía un calor horrible y se agradeció el aire acondicionado al llegar.

Cons:

Éramos tres y al tener que abrir el sofá la habitación se quedaba pequeña, aún así nos adaptamos bien. Las cerraduras son electrónicas, hubieramos preferido un pestillo manual para tener mayor sensación de seguridad.

Pros:

El personal con el que contacté telefónicamente fue amable y dispuesto a ayudar.

Cons:

No me gustó que sabiendo que éramos 3, el sofá cama estaba sin montar, simplemente dejaron la ropa de cama para que lo hiciésemos nosotros y por otra parte, es ser minucioso, pero deberían prestar atención a la limpieza de la puerta del baño, por lo demás, estaba todo perfecto!

Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, spazioso, molto pulito e arredato con gusto. La posizione è centralissima ma allo stesso tempo l’appartamento è molto silenzioso. L’aria condizionata, fondamentale durante la nostra visita, ha reso il soggiorno ancora più confortevole. Il check-in automatizzato è stato semplice ed efficiente. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la disponibilitá e rapiditá con cui il proprietario ha risposto alle nostre domande. Consigliatissimo.
