The pool is large and well-maintained, but unfortunately, it **closes early at 6 PM for cleaning**.

**Mixed Experience – Some Pros, but Many Cons**
My girlfriend and I recently stayed here for a short staycation, and while there were a few highlights, there were also several frustrating aspects of our stay.
### **Cons:**
❌ **Rude Gate Guards** – The security staff at the entrance was **stiff and unfriendly, especially toward my girlfriend**. One of the guards even called me the *"old guy"* and started asking my girlfriend **personal questions**, making her uncomfortable. It felt like he was **hitting on her**, which is completely unprofessional.
❌ **No Hot Water** – The shower **only has cold water**, as there’s no hot water heater. This made showering quite unpleasant.
❌ **Limited Amenities** – The apartment lacked **basic essentials** like a **power cord** or extra outlets for my laptop**, which made it difficult to get work done. Or, no extra USB power cord or charger to charge the phone when forget the travel-charger at home.
❌ **No Late Checkout Option** No option for late checkout, even with extra payment. While understandable, it would be nice if this were available if there were no incoming guests.
✅ **Beautiful Pool** – Also, **there’s an additional charge of P150 per person** just to swim, which seems unnecessary.

It was a very comfortable stay.

I liked it that it was very accessible from our place and that it already has everything in the unit. You just need to bring yourself. 😊

AMAZING PLACE AND SUPER AFFORDABLE!
Pros:

The property was really good, and it exceeded our expectations. The photos online didn’t do it justice because, in person, it was very aesthetically pleasing. The queen-size bed, the sofa bed, and the dining table with a flower vase were all perfect. To be honest, I haven’t rated any Airbnb properties we’ve visited since last year, but this one was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we thank the owner for accommodating us from booking through to the smooth check-in process. I just want to say that this property is incredibly affordable.

Cons:

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like about the property. Everything was well-maintained, comfortable, and exactly as described.
