Excepcional!
Um hotel ímpar!
Tudo maravilhoso a começar na arquitectura, passando pelo conforto e serviços, e terminando com a excepcional simpatia dos colaboradores. Todos que trabalham neste lugar gostam e têm orgulho no que fazem, o que torna o ambiente ainda mais especial. Embora pequeno (e ainda bem) é um verdadeiro hotel de 5 estrelas.
Menção especial para o restaurante que é fora de série.
Vamos voltar com mais tempo. Foi muito relaxante mas… soube a pouco… 😊
Que estivesse todo reservado nos dias seguintes… teria ficado certamente mais uma semana…
TOUT, de plus nous avons reçu un upgrade ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus exceptionnel. La qualité du restaurant est vraiment au top et à un prix finalement raisonnable (à part le vin).

O serviço no restaurante foi sem dúvida o ponto alto da estadia. Fomos muito bem atendidos pela Raquel, pelo Fabio e pela Vitória. A filosofia do hotel de integração com a natureza também é bem interessante. O espaço ao redor do hotel parece estar cada vez mais organizado, com base nessa filosofia. A comida no restaurante foi, em geral, muito satisfatória. As atividades ofertadas para as crianças, em especial o ateliê de arte, foram bem divertidas.
Não me senti de forma alguma em um hotel 5 estrelas. Ficamos hospedados em uma das vilas e senti-me sinceramente em um Airbnb. Não houve uma recepção calorosa. Não houve nenhum mimo no apartamento. Havia apenas três garrafas de água, que eu deveria ir à recepção para repor. A área das piscinas infantis está relativamente isolada do resto do hotel. Não havia nenhum tipo de atendimento. Quando as toalhas acabavam, a reposição demorava. Nem sequer havia um local para conseguir uma água ou um café. Uma vez mais, não é um hotel 5 estrelas. A decoração é de bom gosto, mas a infraestrutra já pede reparos e substituições. Gostaria de ter tido uma melhor apresentação sobre todas as áreas do hotel no momento da chegada. Espero que consigam seguir ampliando e melhorando espaço entre o hotel e as dunas.

Amazing design and very eco friendly yet providing a lot of luxury too. Loved the size of our room and and its quirky bathroom. It was lovely to be able to light the fire in the room at the end of the evening.

We really did not mind having a TV in the room as the internet connection was very good but if there was someways of sourcing some eco solar type fridges as we drink white and Rose wine and it was not possible to keep in cool in the room despite being given an ice bucket and ice from the staff we would appreciate.
Unfortunately for us we did not enjoy the dining experience……the menu was very limited and what we did have was not cooked well, both squid and meat dishes tough and chewy - did not expect that from a hotel of such high quality. The price for the dinner was very expensive and portions were very small, we ate elsewhere for the two remaining nights
