Erano tutti molto cordiali e la posizione era eccellente

This hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels in Bucharest. The rooms are very nice, clean and spacious. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in the old town and in proximity to tourist attractions, coffee shops, and restaurants.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bucharest. Everything was extremely clean and very well maintained.
The staff was always courteous, punctual, and very kind, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, right in the center of Bucharest, which makes it ideal for exploring the city.
The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. We also asked for extra pillows, and they arrived immediately, showing great attention to guests’ needs.
Overall, an impeccable service. Highly recommended.
Great location. Friendly staff. Large and unique room

This is a beautiful hotel, I believe the building was built in 1908. It still holds so much of its former grandeur - but it IS old, and as such maybe not to everyone's taste, just like the decor. It was very much to my taste though, I adored it. It was like being on a film set. It is just as the photos show.
The staff who checked us in encouraged us to look around the entire building since we were clearly quite impressed by it. He was also rather apologetic about the age and old-building smell that we might notice. The only such smell i noticed was at the entrance downstairs, which admittedly isn't the cosiest entrance. There are multiple rooms off of the ground floor foyer, i don't know where they went. To get to the hotel proper, you do need go up a flight of stairs (or take the old fashioned lift - be warned, there are a few steps leading to it).
The location is fantastic in the heart of the Old Town. Yes, it can be a bit noisy outside, but that is inevitable and worth it for the super convenient access for restaurants on the doorstep. I don't really drink and I still thought the drunken noise outside was worth being so central.
The room was huge, as was the bathroom. There was an AC unit, although we didn't need to use it in early March. The room was fairly cool, although there was a heater we could have used if needed. An extra duvet sufficed though.
The staff arranged transport back to the airport for us and let us leave our bags there so we could wander around until it was time to go.
Definitely recommended for a unique, historic and slightly other worldly experience!
