We are very satisfied because the receptionist changed the room when we had a difficulty with the hot water. Everyone was very kind and service was first class. Staff spoke good English

Sopratutto il bagno, ma non di una camera bensì di tre camere che abbiamo cambiato. Quindi alla fine per stanchezza abbiamo finito per accettarne una. Ma non era degna di un quattro stelle prenotato attraverso Booking.

Great Character, great staff, great location
Pros:

Location is excellent. The building has great character and the hotel is old but charming. If you are looking for a modern place, this is not for you. We enjoyed it very much.

El personal muy atento y preocupado. Muy bien ubicado y sin ruido exterior.

Un poco antiguo y algunos detalles como falta de colgadores en el baño, un solo enchufe en la habitación (si es posible, llevar alargador). Pero en general bien.

Goede locatie, fijn personeel
Pros:

Locatie bij het oude centrum is top. Personeel is heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk (o.a. Nikoletta).

Cons:

Eerste kamer die we hadden was aan de wegkant, waar de taxi’s opgesteld staan. Hierdoor is het erg lawaaierig ‘s nachts als de feestgangers uit het centrum naar huis gaan. Dit is door het persoon van het hotel prima opgelost, wij hebben een kamer gekregen aan de andere kant van het hotel, dit was veel beter.

Beide kamers waren mooi ingericht en schoon, maar de afwerking laat nog te wensen over. 1e kamer waren de gordijnen stuk, waardoor deze niet volledig dicht konden en het in de ochtend al vroeg licht was in de kamer. 2e kamer miste de deksel van het doucheputje en was de batterij van de afstandsbediening van de airco leeg. Hiermee zijn we ook vriendelijk geholpen door het personeel, maar zou niet nodig hoeven zijn naar mijn mening.
