Great discovery.
Pros:

The accommodations were clean, stylish and comfortable. The rooftop bar and café is a gem. The location is quiet and safe and provides easy access to museums, historic sites, great local restaurants. The adjacent Catholic Church is stunningly beautiful inside.

Il quartiere Yungay: bohemeinne, alternativo e pieno di murales è indubbiamente la parte più suggestiva ed interessante.
Qualità prezzo sicuramente ottimo.
Consigliato!

Cons:

Forse ci sarebbe da eseguire qualche piccolo lavoretto nel bagno (il rubinetto del lavandino si muoveva dalla base e il box della doccia è un po piccolino.
Ma nel complesso ottima opzione per chi vuole spendere il giusto ed essere a 2 passi da la Moneda.

Excelente lugar, muy recomendable!

Todo! Es un construcción antigua, pero muy bien habilitada, con todas las comodidades necesarias, la limpieza era perfecta, el agüita caliente, todo muy bien!

Piacevole soggiorno in un quartiere molto interessante di Santiago
Pros:

Siamo partiti molto presto e non abbiamo potuto usufruire della colazione

Cons:

l'ospite è stato gentilissimo, molto cordiale e disponibile. Unico problema: come riuscire a conciliare le esigenze di un bar nel piano terra della struttura, con gli inevitabili momenti di chiasso e allegria anche fino a tardi, con le esigenze degli ospiti che vogliono silenzio e tranquillità?

Pros:

Good location. Staff very helpful and friendly. We even arrived early and the guy was with us within a few minutes. Nothing was a problem for him. It's in a good location with a small shop almost opposite. The room is basic but clean and has all you need. There is a quaint bar at street level but no noise travels up to the rooms. Great stay and great value 👍

This place is falling apart
Pros:

The proprietor was kind and friendly.

Cons:

The locks on the doors don't work well or are broken altogether. After the first day, the toilet stopped flushing properly. There's no AC or coffee (only instant). The neighborhood isn't great and quite far from the city center. There's no 24-hour reception and security as stated -- instead, the proprietor lives close by and will come to try to resolve problems if you text him.
