Very comfortable rooms, Lovely staff especially the owners niece. Food at dinner was amazing.
Sadly it’s under major construction and renovation at the moment and it’s not mentioned when booking.
C est un endroit magique , magnifique , perché au dessus de rizières .. la nature tout autour , le personnel, la famille a côté de qui nous mangeons , les repas sont d’ailleurs très bons ..
On regrette de ne pas être restés plus de deux nuits

Beautiful room with terrace overlooking the valley, big clean comfy beds and a lovely bathroom. No a/c but two good fans, no issues with being too hot overnight and slept really well. The meals were all excellent, the staff catered really well for us as vegetarians and made us two lovely evening meals and breakfasts. We have been travelling by motorbike and decided to rest for two nights at Hoang Su Phi so had a lovely relaxing day just walking around the village, having a swim in the pool and chilling out in the bungalow - perfect location for this!
No negatives, just be aware it is a steep twisty road up to the complex which could be tricky in the dark or in poor weather.

Sicuramente il paesaggio è bellissimo , anche la struttura e i giardini molto belli. Il cibo buono .
Doccia , i ventilatori erano pieni di polvere. E’ molto difficile raggiungere la struttura con i taxi e costa un bel po’. Abbiamo avuto grossi problemi anche a venire via e non siamo stati supportati dal ragazzo della reception. In zona nessuno parla inglese solo vietnamita è stato molto difficile comunicare . Non si trattano così i turisti . Per lo più abbiamo speso anche tanto rispetto ad altre strutture visitate in Vietnam.

Unfortunately the pool was looking pretty green and no good for swimming. The Hot Tub is an extra charge (was quite nice and very hot, though short & squat tubs) and we don’t think the Sauna actually exists. We were really looking forward to these facilities as we were cycling and having a rest day up here :(
This property appears to be a popular stop for smaller tour groups whose guides take care of the hosting duties.
I truly enjoyed the views and how helpful was the staff: they helped me a lot accessing and departing the area.
I highly recommend booking a hiking day with them, it was a great experience.
The bed was very comfortable and the dinner very tasty.
Despite its beauty, Hoang Su Phi doesn’t get much tourists so it’s great to escape from the crowds.
A splendid little stopover on the Ha Giang Loop, most guest arrive after 3pm and leave before 9am. The location nesteled below the high peaks says it all, and as you wake up the view is splendid.
It's certainly not a hotel style accommodation but more traveler/back packer style.
Great staff, who try hard to please, good food and cold beer. Good WiFi and Hot Water
Could have used a luggage storage rack in the room, and there is a bit of noise early morning from the adjoining farm, but nothing too bad.
