worse, fraud, ban this hotel, dangerous

nothing, i hate the hotel, the worse ever hotel and the it will be my worse experience in my life

Cons:

the staff are rude, they lie to us, the building structure, and the concrete semen for family room and deluxe room are in the bad condition, toilet basin fell off, and the blame in on us and reluctant to give back deposit money.

Pros:

The room was big and it was clean . It was value for money . The staff was friendly type easy for me to communicate and got alot of restaurent and 24 hours mart easy for me to buy things .
