Estafa total. Intentamos contactar con el alojamiento por mensajes y email y nunca respondieron. Un día antes de irnos tuvimos que llamar a Booking, que nos reubicó en otro hotel, pero estuvimos tirados por Londres con las maletas hasta que nos dieron la nueva habitación.

I am absolutely disgusted by the service of this property. We booked at room at 8pm following train cancellation due to Storm Darragh. The booking details confirmed final check-in was 9pm, so immediately took a taxi to the postcode location provided. On arrival 8:40pm we called the host 5 times all before 9pm, but no-one answered. We received no information on the address of the property or location and code for the lockbox. We then stood outside, in what can only be described as an unsavoury area, with our luggage and Christmas shopping bags, in the freezing cold and rain for over 1.5 hours. We were told using the booking.com messaging service that no one was at the property. We were then charged a cancellation fee for no show. We tried to once again contact the host the next morning, but once again no answer. When challenging this through booking.com we were told we had not meet the properties policy so the host will not offer a refund. If you are unable to service bookings after a time, you should not accept bookings and rake money. The host of this property can only be described as a con man and thief, avoid at all costs!
