Lors du check in , la personne n’était pas trop aimable , très rude dans les explications, nous n’avons entendu que si vous perdez la clé vous paye tant si vous ouvrez la fenêtre on coupe le chauffage , si et si , …etc je ne pense pas que c’est le meilleurs accueil

Excellente semaine grâce à l'emplacement près de la place San Marco et des vaporretos
Pros:

Très bon petit-déjeuner et personnel très accueillant
Avec tous les choix possibles et partout des nappes blanches dans tout Venise.
La chambre immense (6 fenêtres) bureau grand lit dressing eg salle de bain immense. Des réductions de 10% sur les repas sur place, bien car les prix sont assez élevés.

Cons:

Les pains, mais nous ne sommes pas en France...

Bel hôtel, bien situé mais mériterait un rafraîchissement
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, chambre confortable avec bonne literie et belle vue sur un petit canal. Personnel avenant.

Cons:

Chambre un peu désuète, tapisserie fatiguée, tablette de salle de bain dégradée. Tout cela mériterait une petite mise à neuf ! Petit déjeuner moyen pour cette gamme de prix.
