Nos hôtes étaient d’une gentillesse naturelle, au petit soin pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux, avec bienveillance. L’hôtel et là était TRÈS propre, on se sent comme à la maison. Le petit dej est copieux et très bon préparé en direct pour nous.

Personnel aux petits soins, très à l’écoute, et de bons conseils.
Décoration moderne et soignante, reposante pour les yeux. Literie confortable.
Mise à disposition gratuite de vélos (en très bon état).
Très bon petit déjeuner (local et fait maison) mais peu varié et qui ne change pas (tous les jours : un omelette revisitez avec un pancake chocolat/banane et un café)
Mise à disposition de fruits / fruits sec en libre service, de façon gratuite

We stayed at Pinus Hotel in February 2026 and this hotel is incredible. The room (with garden view) was spacious and clean. Will, the host, is incredibly friendly and helpfull.
Every morning a delicious breakfast was provided and after that you can take a bike to go and explore the Old Town or go to the beach in about 15 minutes. The location in the middle of the rice fields is beautiful.
Laundry service can also be provided for a small fee.

We had an excellent experience at Hoi An Pinus Boutique Villa. The property offers a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and tranquility. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable, making our stay truly relaxing.

The host was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Communication was smooth, and we always felt well taken care of. The peaceful location provided a quiet escape while still being easily accessible to Hoi An’s main areas.

Service, atmosphere, and overall quality were outstanding. Everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended, we would happily stay here again.

Clean, friendly host, quiet location outside from the city buzz

From the moment we arrived to leaving Wil and his staff were wonderful. The room was beautiful & tastefully decorated- we had a view of the inner court yard. The piano shower was great. The vegetarian breakfast was delicious. The location was stunning - very rural.
We used the free bicycles to get to the old town via the rice fields. We hired a scooter that Will arranged and we visited My Son with.

Luca and Bap (the dogs) were utterly gorgeous 🥰

We found Will’s place while looking for a new place to stay in Hoi An. The first hotel was miserable and full of mold. So we were so delighted to found Pinus Boutique. The location is wonderful, quiet but very near to the Old Town. The rooms are spacious and nicely equiped. We loved Bab and Lucca around too.

일단 차에서 내리면 친근한 강아지 두마리가 맞아줍니다. 친절하고 유쾌한 호스트분과 가족들이 하는 숙소인데, 룸 퀄리티는 호텔급이에요! 게다가 조식이 정말 맛있고 푸짐했어요🥹 완전 현지인들 동네에 논뷰라 베트남 시골의 분위기를 느껴보고싶다면 추천합니다. 우리가족 모두 만족했어요!

Absolument tout. Will a été d'une extrême gentillesse, aux petits oignons.
Il nous a aidé pour le taxi mais aussi pour les excursions. Nos filles ont été malade et il a fait tout ce qu'il pouvait pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Il a offert des petits cadeaux mais également un super gâteau d'anniversaire à la plus jeune.
Nous ne pouvons que recommandé cet endroit paisible, décoré avec goût.
Les vélos sont prêtés et nous sommes à 10mn de la vieille ville. Très central également pour aller à la plage. Nous sommes extrêmement reconnaissants. Le petit déjeuner en fonction de nos envies. Au top !

Wir waren als fünfköpfige Familie 3 Nächte bei Will und seiner Schwester zu Gast. Das Haus und die Zimmer entsprechen den Fotos, es ist alles geschmackvoll, gepflegt und sauber. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und ländlich, die Lage zwischen Strand und Stadt für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt.
Besonders erwähnen möchten wir die Gastfreundlichkeit und das besonders gute Service, das wir in der Unterkunft erfahren haben. Alles Organisatorische wurde uns von Will abgenommen, er hat uns Ausflüge und Elektro-Scooter organisiert und tolle Empfehlungen für Schneider und Restaurants gegeben. Eine wirklich besonders nette Aufmerksamkeit war die Geburtstagstorte, mit der Will unsere Kinder überrascht hat. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage bei dir, Will!

オーナーをはじめ、スタッフの皆さまがとても親切で温かく接してくださり、とても嬉しかったです。ロケーションもホテル内の施設やアメニティもすばらしく、心地よく滞在できました。朝の散歩が気持ちよかったです。
初日は遅いチェックインとなりましたが、その場で夕食をご用意いただいたおかげで外出せずに済み、本当に助かりました。朝食もとても美味しく、大満足でした。またホイアンを訪れた際には利用したいと思います。

Here we found exactly what we needed. What did we like most? The cleanliness, everything works properly, and especially the shower. It has good water pressure and does not splash water all over the bathroom.

The owner is always ready to help and responds quickly to anything we need.

From the second our taxi dropped us off we felt so calm, comfortable and welcome in Wills beautifully decorated boutique hotel. Our family room was airy and light and overlooked paddy fields and you could watch various scooters, buffalo,bikes and birds pass by. We borrowed bikes and went off for adventures along the small roads around the rice fields. Wills breakfasts are delicious and are presented with such care and detail. He is so relaxed and caring as a host, he even popped a birthday cake and wine in our room for my husband's and daughters upcoming birthday. This is the best place to stay as you are just out of the busy town and nestled in an area that you can easily access both town beach and local shops easily with a grab or a bike. Wills dogs are like him too, very chilled out!! It was our daughter's favourite place on our trip so that is a massive thumbs up!
