Very clean, quiet and comfortable room. Large comfortable bed and powerful shower certainly woke me up in the morning. Breakfast service was excellent with a great menu and really good value for money.
Nothing
This hotel was just for a quick overnight so I cannot fully remember - We had a triple which was perfect for us and the bathroom was large. Parking is across the street behind the bus station.... which is fine unless it is pouring rain when you are attempting to lug suitcases. They do have a lift to get upstairs for those that are concerned about this. This property is outside of the main "touristy" area. We walked to the Viking Triangle, Waterford, etc. They do offer a paid breakfast at check in, but we opted out of that as we were leaving early in the morning for Cashel which was about an hour and half away.
Die Zimmer waren sauber und Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und reichlich
Parkplatz eher teuer mit 12 Euro die Nacht
Bedroom was very nice but 4pm check in is a bit late
I didn’t like the bar area
Beautiful breakfast cooked to order.
Excellent Bar food and good range of choice.
Staff extremely chatty and helpful.
Lovely relaxed atmosphere.
Old style hotel, could do with some upgrades.
Booked family room for 2 adults and 2 kids, the second bed provided for 1 of my kids was a small camp bed which he didn't find very comfortable.
Everything was great

Location
Poor ventilation, breakfast was only ok
Super location, ample parking, great food, and best if all, the friendliest staff from check-in to dinner, breakfast and check-out. This family-run hotel holds itself to very high standards and we will definitely be back soon!
Close to so much
Lovely hotel very clean and comfortable ideal location beds comfortable and room and public spaces spotless.staff all cheerful and helpful.
We had an evening meal with some relatives who came to meet us at the hotel and my aunts chicken Goujons were overcooked and too hard to eat she didn't. mention this until later so I could not bring it up at the time but I felt bad that she had not enjoyed her meal. This was the only complaint in 3 days stay but we rarely see my aunt and it would have been better if she had enjoyed her meal
Location, friendly staff, pulic parking close to hotel
Quite happy with our stay except got one bed though asked for twin room. Thankfully bed was big!!
I liked everything about this amazing hotel, all the staff were so friendly and attentive, the breakfast was fantastic with great choices and served really quickly, the location was near all shopping and the bus station was just across from hotel, if i ever get back to Waterford i will definitley stay again
