In the bar on Sunday morning there was a visually imapired woman, and the staff were very stand offish... they could have done better.
Hotel was lovely, nice vibe around. Room was fabulous and the bed was super comfy.
There was alot of noise outside during the night.
Hotel staff in bar were very good polite and helpful as were staff in Breakfast room howevet we had booked breakfast for 10oclock and evetything was been clrared away by 10.20 hardly time to enjoy your cuppa in the morning
rooms were clean bit dated but good hotel price and staff were good only little things to sort to make this toyally amazing
Room was cold through the ngt and bathroom heater didnt come on when heating was on didnt like short time in breakfast room think you should have extra time to enjoy breakfast if your away for wkend
The location, the room settings, and cuisines in the restaurant are all perfect!
No parking included is a little bit pity
Room was comfortable, clean and good value.
The food 2/3 of that party got was inedible and sent back. Very disappointing and no acknowledgement after enquiring if all was ok 🙂↕️
A really lovely hotel with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Centrally located and very well placed to walk to the many historical attractions as well as cosy pubs and excellent restaurants and shops.
Big problem for myself and other guests i travelled with was the heat in the bedrooms …. No control at all so made the cosy bedrooms uncomfortable at night
Management were verygood in answering two minor requests made
The only petty gripe I had was there was no parking which management had already alerted me about. But there was parking across road. One of group had walking difficulties Would have no problem staying there again
