A very comfortable,relaxing stay felt like home from home!!
Pros:

Very fresh breakfast hot & tasty ! Extra top up tea/coffee on request . Plenty to choose from!

Cons:

Couldnt fault hotel on anything very pleasant & obliging staff also very friendly to deal with both housekeeping, front desk & bar /breakfast staff.
Have been 3 times and will definently be staying again in the future!

Great value! great location!
Pros:

It's was our 2nd time staying at the Doolys. The first time was in 2020, with Covid around. I didn't have a good memory of the stay, but now, the hotel looks fantastic, much much better! The bed was super comfy, we only had breakfast at the bar but was very nice and the location is great! 100% recommended and for sure we will be going back.

Everything was fine except the noise from the fan on the roof
Pros:

It was clean & the food was lovely

Cons:

I needed to be near a lift & the room was, but there was a fan outside on the roof which came really early, so on both stays we were awake by six. Not too sure if we’d stay again

Memorable, welcoming and like a 5* hotel.
Pros:

We loved everything - the location was ideal, near the sights, eateries (including the brilliant outdoor food market a street/1 min walk away for burritos, burgers, pizzas and curry options). Great transport links as the bus station is outside including the bus to Dublin!

The staff were delightful, especially the breakfast team, the breakfast maitre d’ was wonderfully friendly, professional and knowledgeable - I wish I had asked his name but he made our breakfast experience memorable and second to none, like a 5* hotel experience. The waiting staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. I recommend the Waterford Blaa.

There was live music in the hotel restaurant with plenty of food options for dinner served up until 9pm. The rooms were clean, comfy and well equipped with a large tv and tea making facilities. What is even better is that I got the room for £110pp for 2 nights including breakfast- fantastic value!

Loved it and Waterford.
Pros:

Breakfast - choice and quality excellent.
Room well sized, lovely king size bed. Well appointed.
Strong shower.

Cons:

Corridor was a little warm and stifling - low ceilings.
Fortunately in our room we were able to open a window for fresh air.
