We had a very comfortable room with a spacious en suite bathroom. The staff were very helpful and provided somewhere secure to leave our bicycles overnight. A good central location for exploring all that Waterford has to offer. Good value for money!
There was nothing to dislike.
Friendly staff
Stairs
Letti molto comodi, stanza e bagno molto puliti. Bagno ben attrezzato con phon, shampoo, crema corpo e bagnoschiuma. Stanza calda e accogliente.
Ottima colazione con servizio al tavolo e buffet di ottima qualità.
Location was great and property was clean. The staff were pleasant and professional, particularly the restaurant operator, who was friendly and very pleasant to chat with.
This property was way too expensive (by far the most expensive hotel of our whole trip) for what we got. The room was ridiculously hot (at least 28 degrees, I would say), making sleep near impossible. I understand it is not reasonable to expect air conditioning given Ireland's climate, but there was only one wimpy fan available (probably from the 90s, actually), and, when we asked for a second, the hotel responded that it was their policy to have only one fan per room. AC may not be affordable for the business, but, surely, providing two fans -- or even one fan from the current decade that ACTUALLY works -- would be, especially when we are paying over $300 per night. Walls were also not sound proof.
Central location. Bar staff lovely.
Even though people looking to bk a room wouldn't accommodate me in cancelling a room. So we had 2 rooms double bed and single bed in each room for 2 people
Location was excellent very convenient to train station we have been here before and it is ideal as we travel by train
The rooms were a good size and the beds were very comfortable. It was very clean, and rooms cleaned and towels replaced if needed everyday.
There was a good selection at breakfast, my four year was delighted with the pancakes and coco pops.
The hotel is situated right on the quay unfortunately it doesn't have on site parking. There's a car park directly across the road with a daily charge between €5 and €12 depending on the day.
Love it always accommodate me w view t front pleasure t stay there
We had a really nice room , spacious and all room facilities were good.comfortable beds and nice pillows
My 25 year old son with Down syndrome was refused an alcoholic drink in the bar, despite being in the presence pf his parents and we were guests. He unfortunately had forgotten his age card, which we were willing to submit to our local garda station should the hotel bar be inspected by gardai. I think this was unforgivable by this barman who hadnt a friendly demeanour .All the other staff we encountered were very helpful. Courteous and friendly. Now he constantly wore a facemask at work during our stay ?.??.
Staff were excellent, couldn't fault a single one. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Food was good and reasonably priced and of course the Guinness!
Nothing at all
Le petit déjeuner était bien
Bacon pas assez cuit à mon goût.
