The staff were so friendly and accommodating they recommended and made Gorgous cocktails for us so big thank u to the bar staff they were amazing 😀😀

Pros:

Breakfast is generous and excellent value. The hotel is very clean and well located. Staff us friendly.

Cons:

Many staff working at the restaurant spend too much time chatting among themselves instead of playing attention to the clients and their order. They stay clustered and idle instead of taking the initiative to offer help when needed. I had to ask 3 times for a drink during dinner and never got it! The restaurant was not busy at all🙃 also the restaurant stops serving early, 9pm is too early from Thursday evening and weekends.

Pros:

The room was a great size and the facilities were 'spot on'. Who could argue with rituals toiletries in our bathroom and a Nespresso coffee machine.
