Pros:

Cons:

1. 住了三個晚上，前兩晚都很好，但最後一晚房間的水非常小，打開水龍頭大約三十秒就沒水，根本無法洗澡，這對白天流了很多汗的我有點困擾。看了同樓層的另一間房間也是相同情況，櫃台人員表示正在修理，請我等候半小時，結果狀況還是一樣，甚至隔天上午也還沒有修好。
2. 晚班的櫃台不會英文，無法有效率地溝通，解決及應對問題的能力可以再加強。

Fijn verblijf in Siem Reap.
Pros:

Fijn hotel. De bedden waren zacht. We hadden een ruime kamer die wel wat verouderd was. Het zwembad wordt wel goed onderhouden. Er zijn ook handdoeken bij het zwembad. Je kan water vullen en je wordt opgehaald bij het busstation. Personeel is heel vriendelijk.

Cons:

Wat verder weg van het centrum. Maar een tuktuk vanaf het centrum kost omgerekend een euro. Wij hadden een scooter, die konden we daar ook parkeren.

Pros:

Ho trascorso un soggiorno piacevole in questo hotel. La camera era bella e pulita, con un letto comodo e un bagno di buone dimensioni. La piscina era bella, con molti posti a sedere e lettini. Tutto il personale è molto gentile.

水の問題だけどうにかすれば後は全てよし。
Pros:

部屋が綺麗で広い。風呂があるためお湯に浸かれる。

Cons:

最初水が出ず戸惑った。スタッフに相談へ行くとよくあることと言われ数時間待つと水が出た。水が出たが茶色い水が出て来てびっくりした。

A very spacious room, with a quiet location.

Cons:

The mosquitoes! Housekeeping comes in your room to clean but leaves the door open which allowed for more than 10 mosquitoes to go into the room everyday. We luckily got mosquitoes spray from the reception, but it became annoying after a couple of days to keep on spraying.

Personal versteht nur wenig Englisch wodurchves immer wieder zu Missverständnissen kam (Buchung Massage nicht durchgeführt, Zeiten verwechselt, etc)

Jól éreztük magunkat!
Pros:

Welcome díszítés az ágyon,tágas szoba, erkéllyel és kilátással a medencére. Kellemes medence és környezet, választékos reggeli. Finom koktélokat rendeltünk.

Cons:

A szemét a hotel bejáratánál, hangos gekko a szobában, és a szomszédban zajló flexelés miatt érdemes füldugót hozni.
