Cons:

air conditioner not warming, the beds hard like rock , we had to change room because there was a problem with the hot water in shower , the air conditioner didn’t work in the first Nd second room. and after all i had to pay 110,000 dong more than written in booking!!

Pros:

Good size room for the price, good aircon, fridge etc. Very helpful lady at reception.
Location pretty good also.

Cons:

Not very well cleaned, several long hairs on floor and bed, would rate hotel at 7.5 if possible.
