Pros:

I like everything aside from having esthetic furnitures, it is very comfortable and homely vibes. Staff are very accomodating, as well as the owner. I arrived earlier than I expected and I ask the owner if i could do early check in and she updated me as early as possible when room was ready. The facilities and location was great just few steps going to IT park.

Cheap place to stay with very little frills.

I can only comment on the unit I stayed in as I assume different owners have different standards. The TV was only connected to the internet. The remote control didn’t work and I couldn’t change the volume. The only way to access anything was by using a wired mouse. If I did manage to get something on the screen it would automatically default to the main app screen after about 15 minutes. The mattress springs were almost poking through and made sleeping very uncomfortable. There was no microwave and any dishcloth or drying towel. Only small bath towels and no hand towel in the bathroom. On the plus side there was an electric hot plate and a fridge. In conclusion, this was a relatively cheap place to stay and I suppose you get what you pay for.
