Pros:

朝食が美味しかったです。
2日目のレストラン男性スタッフ(メガネのかた)のサービスは良かったです。

Cons:

1日目のレストラン女性スタッフ(2名)に食材や店名について質問しても答えられず、確認もせず、「分かりません」止まりだった。
食事を配る順番も心得ておらず、教育が不充分と感じました。

Special stay in front of the sea.
Pros:

The room was special, the location on the sea enable us watching the sunset. The staff was kind and helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good.

まるで海外に来たかの様な非日常の素晴らしい体験が出来るホテル
Pros:

今回は彼女へのプロポーズを出雲ザクリフさんでさせて頂きました。
バルーンや花束の手配、こちら側の要望にスタッフの方も丁寧に対応して頂き感謝です。
スタッフの方も引き継ぎをしっかりされている印象で
どなたが対応されてもスムーズに話を進める事が出来て大変満足させて頂き、当日はお陰様で大成功を納めることが出来ました！お心遣いや応援してますとお声掛けしてもらった事も良い思い出になりました^ ^

日沈む出雲の夕陽をジャグジーに入りながら満喫出来る絶景のロケーション🌅
レストランは料理は非常に美味しく、見た目にも楽しいコース料理を頂きました🥂ディナーでは店内が少し薄暗く、センスのあるBGMにゆったりとした雰囲気で食事を楽しむ事が出来ました。朝食はガラス張りの窓から日の光が入り、爽やかな雰囲気に包まれて気分も晴れやかに頂くことが出来ます☀️
サウナの設備も時間予約制で楽しく整う事が出来ました♨️
夜はプラネタリウムの様に満天の星空が頭上を覆い、リクライニングチェアから眺めていました🌌
滞在中周りも静かで2人の時間をゆっくりと満喫出来ました😊
是非また記念すべき日に利用したいと思わせてくれる素晴らしい体験でした。有難うございました。

リクライニングチェアはしっかりしたものを使ってほしかった。
サウナ室や水風呂に砂時計や時間が簡単に計れるものがあるとより快適に楽しめるのではと思いました。

超级无敌海景，极具视觉冲击力，圆形阳台设计独具匠心，也极出片。minibar酒水免费且允许带走。

虫子🐛太多了，早上醒来，浴缸水面漂浮一层虫子尸体，阳台和屋内地面都有不少小甲虫爬来爬去，酒店配了喷雾杀虫剂但杯水车薪，希望能将环境彻底整治，解决虫子问题，入住体验可大幅提升

You walk deep into the mountainside, through a dark corridor that feels like a secret passageway, and then step into your private suite — and your breath is taken away.

A luxurious private room with a stunning balcony and a relaxing jacuzzi — it feels like it’s just you and your partner alone in the world.
The view of the endless sea is absolutely breathtaking, like a dream come true.

In the morning, we were treated to a ten-course breakfast at the restaurant above — each dish better than the last.

The staff were professional, friendly, and always smiling — taking care of everything we needed.

Séjour inoubliable dans un environnement magnifique et un établissement exceptionnel

Très bel établissement, les chambres avec vue mer sont magnifiquement décorées et très confortable. Le personnel est très serviable et le restaurant pour le petit déjeuner est excellent.
