phòng delux rộng và thoáng, view nhìn ra núi, homestay ngay gần trục đường 1/4 nên rất thuấn tiện cho đi bộ và ăn uống. chủ nhà rất thân thiện, mình check in sớm trước 2 tiếng nhưng chủ nhà vẫn rất thoải mái và nhiệt tình. mọi người nên đi nha
Property was in a good location
Shower head was not very good
It was cheap and in a good location.
Neither the shower or the toilet worked properly. The included breakfast consisted of 2 minute noodles. We needed to wake the owner each morning for breakfast. Each morning the dirty dishes remained on the table from the previous day’s breakfast. Upon departure, the owner accused us of blocking his toilet.
The man at the reception was super helpful with everything we needed. He allowed us to get the room early to shower after the night bus, he booked us a cruise trip and was always attentive to any issue we had.
The room had no windows so it was very humid inside, the sheets were a bit dirty and there were some bugs.
The breakfast is varied and rich, I am very satisfied with that. Homestay is near the center and you can find everything around there. The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic, we booked a tour here.

Great place to relax, the owner is very kind and helps with everything. the beach is nearby, all the best cafes, excursions and bike rentals can be asked from the owner. We really enjoyed.
Staff was friendly and location is neat
We used the laundry service and they soiled all of the new white clothes with huge spots of orange marks. Very disappointing 😞
The washroom was getting clogged for every few minutes. Could have maintained well
- location is perfect, right at the town centre and close to almost everything
- room was very clean and newly built. Plus you get a nice TV with Netflix and other streaming apps installed. This was great because we were tired and wanted to just relax and watch Netflix one of the days.
- Dũng is a great host and super helpful with anything you need. He gave us a list of things to do, and it was quite helpful.
- the breakfast options are limited and if you’re a vegetarian like my wife, might be a problem. The pho served was great though and very flavourful.
- they also have a grocery store out front on the ground floor and it’s very convenient to get supplies at a very reasonable price.
The first morning when Dũng was away, I was served a cold slimy fried egg with bread. This was the only complaint I had, but it’s a very minor one.
Another point to note is that the property is listed as beach front, but it really isn’t. It is however close to the main promenade at Cat Ba.
Perfect location, close to everything such as offices for tours and transfers to Hanoi. Beautiful and spacious room, friendly and helpful staff.
