A hot mess at the beach!

Cleanliness, not being able to get towels on two occasions because they were out and they had to be washed and brought to you. When we checked into the room, there was no towels. Not able to get toilet paper in the room there was none when we checked in and it was told us that they had to get with the housekeeping staff before they could bring us some because they didn’t have any at the front desk and the housekeeping staff wasn’t there as of yet and it was 7:45 in the morning. The amount of trash in the trash cans in the halls by the elevators were ridiculous. It was running over and food and trash were all over the floors each morning each evening. The floors and the elevator were filthy, and all of the luggage moving carts are broken.

I had a great time in Baltimore leaving my daughter to college.
Pros:

I really like the staff and the access to the city very close to things. I also like the parking across the street that was very convenient.

Cons:

The Breakfast was fine, but It was the same everyday, I wish we could have a little more options than just pancakes and eggs. Maybe mix up the variety a bit. Also the bread selections for breakfast that could be switched up a bit to offer more choices. The Toaster oven for the bagels was not working so the bagel were cold.

Staffs were nice, everyday you'll receive text messeges.
Rooms should have some drawers to keep clothes and microwave. That's what was missing.

Nice “home” while visiting Baltimore
Pros:

Clean, loved the lemon bath products, room was nice
Modern decor, gym was a good size and I appreciated popcorn with my water! Thank you
