Pros:

The property was clean and very modernized. Friendly staff

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t that great beds a little hard And the parking is tricky. There’s a garage directly across the street (self parking) charges $20 if you pay when leaving out the garage. However there’s also an option to pay at the front desk of the hotel but the hotel charges you $40 not cool.

I stay there every year when I come down for my cruise, I wouldn’t want to stay nowhere else but Tru by Hilton
Pros:

I love the location. It’s right there at everything.

Buena estancia en Baltimore
Pros:

Buena ubicación. Habitación confortable y limpia. Baño amplio. Café, Te y agua durante el día. Desayuno básico pero bueno. Lo mejor de todo fue la amabilidad del personal en especial de Inmaculada en la recepción del hotel.

Cons:

Fue una buena experiencia en general.
Como sugerencia deberían implementar una forma más sostenible para el planeta, pues todos los utensilios y cubiertos en el comedor son plásticos o desechables.

Pros:

Room was clean and smelled clean. Staff was very friendly especially the black woman that was working the 1st night I was there.

Cons:

I spent about $50 in parking fees. Didn’t understand the process.

Pros:

It was very clean. It is the cleanest hotel I've stayed (and I've traveled a lot!)

Cons:

I was unlucky with my neighbors one night. They were teenagers and loud, but this wasn't the hotel's fault.
