Pros:

Location was good, near to the beach. Good value for money if you are not fancy.

Cons:

Walls were dirty and no hot water but is general in Vietnam and water is not cold about 20C so its fine

Somewhat neglected and in disrepair. Window, fan, wardrobe were not great. Parts of the room not cleaned in months but it's altogether clean.
