Amazing staff, food, location but no AC, no bar fridge, no gym and plumbing problems

The property was located within close proximity of a shopping mall.

Cons:

The staff Odilia lacks people skills, courtesy and is RUDE in her response to queries
The room had no water in the bathroom and I had to wait for 30 minutes to get a different room to shower in.
The bathroom lock was defective and it locked up-I could not access the toilet in the night. Thus was resolved past 8am.

Pros:

I was hestitant due to the poor rating of this hotel but it was much better than expected. The water in the shower was somewhat cold and the room somewhat small but it was a nice and clean room and in a good neighborhood.

Cons:

The hotel was overpriced but it was a good hotel in a nice neighborhood. But I think it's poor rating is only due to it being slightly overpriced.

staff talk and laugh lodly in the middle of the night, my stay was very good
