The view is incredible from your room !! Sea Hills is well located , 5 min of scooter from the center of Kuta. The staff is nice… it’s a cool place to stay to enjoy Kuta and surfing. I recommand Sea Hills 100%
Nothing - maybe that there is no breakfast anymore
La vista es bonita.
Todo el resto muy regular, ubicación incómoda en una subida horrible, sobretodo de noche. La habitación regular y no hay desayuno aunque en booking lo incluya.
Понравилось, что отель стоит на возвышенности, поэтому вид из окна чудесный с широким обзором. Приятный бассейн (хотя лучше бы убрать забор, откуда как раз открывается отличный вид). Опрятный номер и уборка по запросу
Из-за большого количества мелких недочётов, в совокупности остаётся скорее неприятный осадок от пребывания, нежели то место, куда хотелось бы вернуться. Рекомендую владельцу обратить внимание на следующие проблемы комнаты №2:
Во-первых, у нас не работал вай фай и, когда мы попросили стафф на ресепшене решить проблему, он сказал завтра, но завтра чуда так и не случилось, тоесть 3 дня мы были без интернета.
Во-вторых, кондиционер постоянно трещал и протекал (об этом мы узнали утром, когда все вещи на столе были мокрыми).
В-третьих, стёкла настолько плохо закреплены, что при открытых окнах и ветре они постоянно дребезжат.
На третий день в номере резко появилось куча тараканов, пауков и муравьёв
Предполагаю, следующее касается всего отеля:
1. Рядом стройка
2. На весь 2-ух звёздочный отель не нашлось утюга (который в магазине стоит всего 150К)
3. Хотелось бы иметь по обе стороны кровати тумбочки, а не одну
4. В номере не хватает хотя бы 1 стула
5. Из удобств хотелось бы видеть стакан под зубные щётки и просто 2 стакана для воды
6. Мусорку в номере, а не только в туалете
7. И конечно бортик огорождающий поток воды из душа, чтобы слякоть не распространялась
Das Bett war bequem, das Personal hilfsbereit, es kann aber nicht immer jeder Englisch.
Kein Frühstück, obwohl wir es bei der Buchung bezahlt haben, Badezimmer schmuddelig, ganz schlimmer Kanalgeruch, keine heißes Wasser, keine Ausstattung wie zB Nachtischlicht, Ablage. Das i-Tüpflchen war der Termiten Bau...
Die Lage ist wirklich sehr abgelegen, ohne Moped geht so gut wie nichts.

Aunque esté incluido, no hay desayuno.
Llegamos y el personal no nos enseñó nada del hotel, ni la piscina ni las instalaciones, lo tuvimos que descubrir nosotras mismas.
El agua de la ducha se sale por todo el baño y el wc huele muy mal.
Very good view
Great views from restaurant. Simple breakfast of eggs, juice and instant coffee. Comfortable beds with decent AC. Need to rent a bike due to location which can be organised from reception. Reception staff very helpful with laundry and airport transfers. Refreshed towels and cleaned rooms daily. The gym although 10 min scooter away is amazing!
Areas of the property could be maintained better e.g washroom in restaurant and general cleanliness.
Very nice with a big pool. The bed is really comfortable and the room is clean and well decorated.
The shower is not well delimited so there is a lot of water in the bathroom after taking a shower.
The breakfast is really small.
Also, the hotel is between two mosques, so if you’re sensitive it’s not for you because it starts at 5 am everyday.

Need a bike because it’s on a hill
Nothing, worst hotel I've stayed at.
The rooms are weirdly shaped, no space to keep luggage or even sit, just a bed right by the door. The bathroom was not clean, insects everywhere. And please, its not 'tropics', other hotels I've stayed at didn't have this problem. About 10 in the night, the AC started showering water (not dripping!) everywhere! Its right above the bed, so that meant it showered water all over us. We asked for a room change immediately, and the staff were kind enough to move us to anther room. This new room was also exactly same, without the AC issue. Fed up of insects, lizards, and lack of cleanliness, we decided to check out the following morning, i.e., after 1 night, even though our booking was for 3 nights.
It was a super awesome stay where the staff are exceptional and the view and facilities are even more so. Can’t wait to stay there again 🔥🔥🔥

Wi-fi didn’t work first day wich caused bug issues for me.
The rooms were cozy, the hotel was recently renovated when we went. there are a lot of stairs to climb to get around as the hotel is on a hill so take note of that. We went during Ramadan so the mosques could be a little loud very late in the nights, and early in the mornings, but the hotel was relatively well sound insulated. The staff were friendly, and helpful. overall, we enjoyed our stay!
breakfast was decent, the portions were a little small with limited options, but we didnt mind too much. The hotel was up on a hill so the bike ride was fairly steep for about 200m, be careful with that.
We stayed in the suite with the bathtub and omg what a view. Everything was clean and gorgeous, the towels smelled amazing and staff it's beyond friendly Pia and Deden will make you laugh and cook you the tastiest breakfast they will take care of any doubts or special requests. All staff really was great. The pool is so nice and relaxing. We rented the scooter right at the hotel wich is perfect to give it back then at the end of your stay. They will keep you company if traveling alone, for us we were 3 people so they let us be in a family enviroment as well keeping to theyr tasks. Everything was perfect really I can't point my finger to any bad aspects of this stay. There's not even mosquitos inside the room, it's the first place we didn't set up our mosquito net inside the room because it wasn't needed. House keeping as well worked very well cleaning everything with efficiency.
The view was great. The location is great and the service is uncomplicated!
- while breakfast was actually included in our booking, we never got any breakfast for the two nights we stayed. There was no one in the morning and no food prepared.
- the room was never cleaned during our stay. We always came back to a dirty room, no towels changed or anything.
- the water actually died for a few hours on our last day. The staff also couldn‘t do anything about it - in hindsight it wasn‘t really their fault, but I read that this has been ongoing issue for the hotel for a while now. Management should take the water systems more seriously!
Beautiful location Overlooking the beach, less 2 km from downtown. JOAN As a manager was really helpful also all the staffs was really Nice, would love to be back.
