Pros:

Чудовий номер, мегакомфортне ліжко.
Персонал 12 з 10, уважні та компетентні.

Cons:

1. Вартість трьохмісного номеру (2 дорослих та дитина 10 років) майже в двічі дорожчий за двомісний. Але при цьому ще необхідно було додатково сплатити за сніданок дитини... Це було неочікувано так як в умовах сніданки були включені у вартість.
2. Ресторан - страви смачні. Але, вартість в чеку відрізнялась від вартості в меню (безпосередньо дитяча сирна паста)
3. Цінники в меню виправлені ручкою, такого не очікуєш в закладі подібного рівня (фото додаю)
4. Wi-fi в номері, він є але від нього нічого не працює, ні гаджети, ні ТВ в номері.
5. Поєднання ванни та об'єму теплої води в бойлері якої не вистачає навіть на половину.
6. Територія - майже відсутня: ресторан + корпус з номерами по периметру якого розміщена парковка авто
7. SPA - відсутність басейну та графік роботи з 15:00 до 19:00

Чистий та зручний номер, дуже смачні страви в ресторані. Ресторан приємно вразив.

Cons:

Погана звукоізоляція, було враження, що ми з сусідами в одній кімнаті.
Офіціанти н ресторані не компетентні

Fantastic stay, we had an amazing time in this oasis
Pros:

We stayed here 3 days and enjoyed it tremendously - from highest attention to details (like in a 5-star hotel), to amazing food (lunch and dinner menu dishes were exceptional), to highly friendly staff and fantastic spa - everything was perfect

Загалом дуже сподобалось відпочивати.
Pros:

Смачний сніданок , дуже приємний персонал, чисто в номерах і все є для комфортного відпочинку.

Cons:

Тонкі стіни між номерами і чути, що відбувається в сусідньому номері.

За 7 700 за добу можна було б зробити сніданки у вартості для тієї кількості осіб, що проживає в номері. Якби нам про цю

Чудове місцезнаходження та привітний персонал.

Cons:

При бронюванні на трьох, сніданок у вартості номера лише для двох осіб. Дуже маленьке СПА.
