The bikes did not have functioning brakes. The bed sheets and towels were never changed throughout our stay. The photos are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property, and the pool area was poorly maintained. Additionally, from 7–10 p.m., the owner carried out construction work (nailing and drilling), which caused disturbance and would have been more appropriate during the daytime.
The room was spacious enough and the bed was very comfortable, it can easily fit a family of 3 (2+1 child). The staff are very friendly and the room is clean. The area is also quiet and very homey. Its just a few minutes walk to the corniche where there's a small night market, stalls of street foods, fruits and even clothing.
The swimming pool isn't so inviting to say the least. And if i remember right, the batroom ventilation wasn't that good.

Auf reklamation wurde nicht reagiert.waschbecken war sowas von undicht.wir hatten 1 Koffer unterm Waschbecken,wäsche musten wir Trocknen.
Eten was oke personeel verschrikkelijk
Geen wc papier in de kamer moesten het 5x vragen en de personeel zei steeds we brengen het later veelste duur voor wat je krijgt en de zwembad is al helemaal een drama lijkt net of het in 1 dag gebouwd is
A nice large room and lovely staff.
The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The room with a kitchen was very clean.
Very basic rooms at a very affordable price. The pool is nice enough and everything is tidy upon arrival. The Panwa Cafe that doubles as the guest house reception (during its opening hours) is a very nice place for breakfast, with super friendly staff.
There was no cleaning in the rooms during our 5-day stay, which is a bit long. New towels are available on demand, but other than that it's almost as if the guest house operates without staff. Nearest public beach requires a short taxi ride.
Great place with all you can possibly need right beside you. Good value for money.
