Unutulmaz balayı
Pros:

Denize mesafesi sıfır, konakladığımız otantik taş binaya bayıldık. Oda bayağı genişti. Görevlilerin özellikle Serkan beyin yakın ilgisi ve profesyonelliği çok kiymetliydi. Balıklar muhteşemdi. Dolunayın olduğu zamana denk gelirseniz harika.

Pros:

Das Personal war immer höflich und hilfsbereit.Das Hotel war direkt am Strand.Man musste nicht selber das Auto parken .Das Personal hat immer das Auto geparkt.

Es hat keinen Sandstrand.Es gibt sehr wenig Platz zum Spatzieren gehen.

Miserable Stay – Only the location Was Great
Pros:

Location and valet

Cons:

The location and valet team were the only redeeming parts of this stay. Everything else was a letdown from the moment we arrived.

Customer service was terrible. They insisted on collecting passport numbers from everyone in our group—including the kids—just to activate Wi-Fi, which never worked. At 11:30 PM, when we were hoping to wind down, I had to go back to the front desk, only to find they had entered everything incorrectly.

In the middle of July, our room’s air conditioning didn’t work. When we informed the staff, the response was essentially “too bad, someone can fix it in the morning”—even though we were checking out the next day. No offer of a fan, no apology. The room was unbearably hot and humid. We couldn’t sleep until around 4 AM, and when I asked for a late checkout, they flat-out refused.

To make things worse, the beds were rock hard and the power went out in the middle of the night.

Breakfast was forgettable at best.

When checking out, I asked for my car and was told valet would be notified. Twenty minutes later, I went outside and found out they had never called for it.

If you don’t speak Turkish, good luck. I’m Turkish-American, so I could navigate the situation, but if I weren’t, I’d have been completely stuck.

Truly a frustrating and uncomfortable stay. I will not be returning—and I strongly suggest others look elsewhere.o

Amazing location, friendly staff, valet parking, good breakfast, nice pool. Room with a view.
Pros:

Amazing location, quiet surroundings, excelent breakfast. Wonderful to have a pool around. Room with a view to the sea. Listening to the relaxing sound of the waves.

Cons:

The doors of the adjacent chamber opening and closing early in the morning made quite a noise.

Loud music all over the hotel until midnight
Pros:

It's a beautifully decorated hotel; the room I had was very spacious, with two bathrooms (though the big shower head didn't work as it should in either of them, but excellent water pressure), and a beautiful view over the restaurant out to the little harbour and the sea. Parking is not a problem as the staff park the car for you. When it's quiet, you can hear the sea. Lovely.

Cons:

I stayed for two nights, Monday to Wednesday. The first night was blissfully quiet, but the second night was totally ruined by very loud pop music being played both outside in the restaurant (which was deserted) and also inside the hotel foyer (which is huge and completely open to both floors of the building). By 11pm I called Reception to ask how long this would be going on for and was told "until midnight". If you want a quiet and undisturbed stay, avoid this hotel! The WiFi is unacceptably weak, often non-existent.
