Location and transfer was good.
Everything was unprofessional. Breakfast was included in the booking payment, bat was not provided. Wi Fi did not work, staff not understand english, despite on presented in the hotel advertising.
The staff are very accommodating to our request specially the front desk staff and the drive who drove us safe back and forth form the aiport.

Communication was very hard -They don't speak English & they should learn to be polite to customers.
Closer to the Pu Dong International airport is an added advantage and the room prices also fine. Breakfast also good. And the extension of late check out time for free is a thankful event… I don’t agree all the negative comments by other guests, the reality is the place is very good for budget guests… thanks

Nothing to be recomond
This hotel is not clean .i was there on 29th.the room no 221,ac working no heater .the room temporature is well below the tolarance level .i beg meny times to the help desk .but till i leave the hotel .no one look after me.very poor breakfast .please remove this hotel from booking .com.they treat foreginers different way .they need only money .they were shouting at me saying that they dont know english .
We booked a room for 3, but we got a room with 2 single beds and also only 2 pillows and 2 blankets. Additional they were unable to give us a third blanket after we asked for it.
Bed was quite comfortably, some staff were really nice and helpful, good location for airport and disneyland
The cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory, dirt , hair and dust on floor, bathroom vanity didn’t even look to be wipe down after previous guests. Condition of hotel was deteriorating with no maintenance being completed with signs of moisture in the walls causing paint to blister and crack aswell as chunks of gib plaster missing from walls, and a missing downlight in the entrance way to room with exposed wiring coming from ceiling. Corridors smelt like stale urine and piles of dirty laundry stored right outside our room. Unsure why but they gave us room at the far end of the corridor passing many like ours that were empty but in front of the demolition site of a space on the ground floor of the complex. The so called on site restaurant was just a room in which the breakfast was served. Pictures uploaded on booking.com are normally a little outdated but the ones of this place looked like it was an entirely different accomodation.
The properties not very friendly only thing is I like because it’s close to the airport
The location is and the area is not. I was looking for and that whole building was smell of cigarettes and receptionist not very helpful and also the language barrier that they don’t speak anything English.

Staff doesn't know English at all. Very bad because the hotel is pretty close to the airport
Construction on the building started at 7am. The drill could be heard throughout at least half the hotel. Probably not within their control but was not very nice to wake up to. Breakfast wasn't clearly marked. There was no staff in the restaurant area so I had no clue what to do. Seemed alright tho.
